Supply Part Supply after manufacturing (due to tailor item) of new bull gear (01 no., for Unit no. 02) matched with new pinion gear for K-54 "S" 162/750 rpm Gear Box, which specifications are as under : Material : Forged steel material 17 Cr Ni 4 Mo 6, case carburized Hardened upto 60+/- 5% HRC and ground to DIN – 4 Class of accuracy.(material composition and all dimensions should be same as old helical bull gear sample) Length of bull gear : 780 mm Number of teeth : 87 No. Length of teeth : 240 mm O.D. of bull gear : 840 mm Shaft OD : 340 mm Note: Size and shape may vary slightly for perfectly matching with pinion gear and should be fitted in existing gear box casing complete in all respect.

Work Part Fabrication, Machining & Center Line matching of all bearing bores in gearbox frame complete in all respect.

Transportation of Bull Gear, Gear casing from Belka P.H. to Firm’s factory. Blue matching of pinion with new Bull Gear. Fitting of new fabricated Bull gear and Pinion in the casing Fitting of Spherical Roller Bearings, thrust bearing of bull gear and Cylindrical Roller Bearings, Ball Bearings in pinion gear and existing casing. Supply and fitting of Oil seals. After fitting and testing of complete Gear Box, transportation of complete Gear box from Firm’s factory to Belka PH. Fitting/coupling of complete gear box with Runner shaft and Alternator shaft. Levelling, alignment and balancing of the Unit. Testing and commissioning of the Unit which includes running of unit at rated load for 72 Hrs.
