Dismentling the existing E.I. work / cables (as per site requirement) etc. after dismantling all cable glands, terminations, and relaying the dismantalled cables as per requirement (to facilitate cable glanding & termination) by Co's own tools & tackles by maintaining normalcy as far as possible and keep dismantalled materials in respective Sectional Store / place within compound of KMCH as per direction of EIC all complete. (Shut Down Provision for Time & Date as per Permission alloted from the Authority End.)

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV grade 2x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Mk.-Polycab/RR/KEI)) partly in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) [for ceiling portion only] and in 19mm bore, 3mm thick polythene pipe [for horizontal & vertical run embedded in wall], with 1x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire for ECC, to light/fan/call bell points with Piano Key type switch fixed on MS CRC sheet metal (16 SWG) switch board on wall complete with 2 no. “Ph & N” copper bar incl. bakelite/ Perspex top cover 3 mm thick and incl. 175x100x65mm inspection box, making earthing attachment,painting the MS box and mending good the damages to original finish [only PVC Rigid Conduit on ceiling and remaining portion concealed] as to GS vide PWD schedule page no- E15/Item-5. b. S & F 150x100x65mm MS (16SWG) switch board and bakelite/perspex top cover of 3mm thick by Brass screws after making housing for switch by cutting bakelite/perspex cover and making necessary connections as required as to GS. b.Supply & Fixing 240 V, 3 nos. 6A, & 1 no. 20A plug socket with separate 3 nos. 6 A & 1 no. 20A Piano key type switch, indicator & 20A switch type SP MCB (Legrand) on sheet metal switch board embedded in wall incl. S&F 240x200x65mm MS (16SWG) switch board and bakelite/perspex top cover of 3mm thick by Brass screws after making housing for switch by cutting bakelite/perspex cover and making necessary connections as required as to GS. Fixing of light fittings :- Fixing only fluo. Luminaries single / double from ceiling by 'L' clamp incl. 2 nos 2' long down rod and connecting the length with 3x1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper wire as required incl. fixing of lamp. (For new & existing light fittings)

Extra for suspension exceeding 25 cm with S&F additional 2 no. 20 mm dia EI conduit (14 SWG) supports & necy. PVC insulated wire and painting etc. as required by 2x24/0.20 mm (1.5sqmm.) flexible copper wire of 1.10 mt. length.

S & D of fans :-- S & D 450mm (18"), 250V, high flow (air Delivery-4500CFM ) 1400 RPM non-oscillating type metal body wall bracket fan with inbuilt regulator, double ball bearing, integrally cast LM 6 impellar wall bracket fan to be fixed on HW block 1'' thick as per direction of EIC.(make- EPC, Model-Tempest)

Fixing of fans :- Lowering and refixing only ceiling fan complete with blades, canopy, fork, rubber bush etc. incl. making necessary disconnection and connection as required.

Fixing 18" WB Fan on HW Board (sie 12" x 8"x1'') to be fixed on wall with suitable size of fastner, nut-bolts etc..

Miscellaneous Item :- a. Supply & Fixing of perforated GI cable tray with perforation not more than 17.5% suspended from ceiling incl. S&F GI connector, 6mm dia MS suspender, bolts & nuts, steel fastener etc. as required of the following size. Incl. Al painting of MS support. (a) With 25x25x3mm angle iron support,size-300x50x1.25mm(18 SWG) (PWD Schedule page -D 14/Item- 34a)

b. Supply & Fixing of perforated GI cable tray bend with perforation not more than 17.5% suspended from ceiling with two nos. suspenders & 25x25x3mm angle iron for supporting the cross member incl. S&F GI connector, 6mm dia MS suspender, bolts & nuts, steel fastener etc. as required of the following size. Incl. Al painting of MS support size-300x50x1.25mm (P-D-15/Item-34b)

Supplying & Fixing 4-module GI Modular Switch Board of the following sizes complete with top cover plate flushed in wall for housing the board after cutting the brick wall incl. making earthing attachment, painting and mending good damages to building works as to GS vide page -E-17/Item-2.

SITC of AC machine:- Concealed Split AC a. Supply & delivery 2.0 TR capacity concealed type Split Air Conditioner of rated cooling capacity of 24000 BTU/hr. with 1 No. Rotary compressor, 1 no. IDU of rated power supply - 230V, 1ph, 50Hz., 1 no. ODU of rated power supply - 230V, 1ph, 50Hz. Air-flow/per IDU :- 800CFM of R410A Refrigerant gas . (Make: Voltas/ Blue Star / Carrier/Daikin/ Mitsubishi-Electric)

Erection, testing and commissioning charges for the above said 2.0 TR concealed Split AC. The indoor (IDU) & Outdoor (ODU) unit must be supported by structure made of 25 X 25 X 5 mm angle and tie rod incl. necy. painting & as per direction & satisfaction of EIC.

a. Copper Refrigeration pipe line for Liquid Line hard drawn Cu piping (1/4" OD with 0.6 mm thick) with necy supports & brackets as per direction of EIC.

b. Copper Refrigeration pipe line for Suction Line hard drawn Cu piping (5/8" OD with 0.7mm thick) with necy supports & brackets as per direction of EIC.

Supply & Fixing of Nitrile Rubber tube insulation ([Make: Armacell/K-flex/A-flex]) of 9 mm thick on Suction & Liquid Line Copper Pipe.

S & laying Control Cable from Condensing Unit to Control Panel, (a)3 Core 2.5sq. mm. Communication Cable (Mk. Finolex / KEI/Polycab)

Supply and fixing of PVC water carrying drain pipe of 25mm dia for draining water from already installed AC to any available (nearest) drain water pipe or near to ground level and the pipe must be properly saddled with the wall incl. proper insertion of the flexible pipe to drain water pipe and sealing the entry with required materials like PVC tape , high quality sealing gum etc. as required. All these arrangment for fixing must be arranged by the agency itself as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing flexible double canvass connection for concealed split air-conditioners.

Supply and fixing of Al powder coated continuous Grill

Charges for Scaffolding arrangement including lifting for outdoor & indoor units.

Providing and fixing exterior quality Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) wall cladding on existing Al./MS frame work with GI brackets ACP fixed on the existing frame work by folding the edges of ACP panel (Engraving the rear surface of ACP sheet) with CP angles,cleats and stainless steel screws forming grooves at the periphery of ACP panel. Such grooves filled with foam and silicon sealant etc. complete with all materials (but including the cost of silicon sealant) labour scaffolding and all other incidental charges e.g. VAT,labour cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer -in- charge.(Mode of payment is on finished surface areaof ACP) a) 3mm thick (0.25mm Al. + 2.5mm LDPE + 0.25mm AL PVDF coating) (Mk.- Aludecor)

It is stated that the above work place is existing COVID Hospital, In case of any mishap or accidental to any staff that deputed by the agency the whole responsibility is to be borne by the concern agency. 2. The Agency shall be responsible for provisioning of all COVID safety measures including regular sanitiziation of work places, vaccination of employees and compliance of stated directive and COVID appropriate norms. 3. All the issues related to the safety of the staffs should be taken care by the agency itself. (Rate should be quotated including all taxes and duties)

Defect Labilities period for 02 year from the date of completion of work. (Rate should be quotated including all taxes and duties)
