S&F 1.00mm th Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 including fixing with screws/nails all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing doors/windows/ventilators (without taking off shutter and guard bars) of exc 1.50 sqm & n. exc 4 sqm etc complete all as specified and as directed incl stacking the mayterials.

S&F 12mm th toughned glass doors of any size and design (with unit logo as approved) with suitable stainless steel patch fittings, locking arrangement, floor springs and 02/04 Nos 300mm long matt finish handles (fancy type) including necessary acid washing/scratching and with complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for powder coated aluminium three track and three shutter (of equal width) sliding type window without sash bars including necessry jointing clips, ruber packing, neoprene rubber gasket, aluminium snap beading, screws, aluminium fittings, handles, locking arrangement (star lock), bearings two Nos for each shutter with not less than 6.00mm thick toughened glass for glazing shutters (with unit logo as approved) & stainless steel wire cloth of 0.36mm nominal dia of wire & average width of aperture 1.40mm for wire guage shutters including following powder coated (color as approved) sections as given in Jindal catlogue complete all as specified and as directed:- (i) Frame (Bottom)-20620, (ii) Frame (Top&Side)-20621, (iii) Shutter vertical (Handle lock)-20846, (iv) Shutter vertical (Int lock)-20845, (v) Shutter (Top)-20844 and (vi) Shutter (Bottom)- 20847. Note:- (i) The window opening shall be provided with three shutters of equal width, (ii) Two shutters shall be glazed shutters (with approved unit logo embosing) & one shutter shall be with stainless steel wire cloth all as specified hereinbefore. (iii)The shutters shall be placed in such a manner that at a time the entire width of window can be utilized as fully glazed window and at time the same can be utilized as partly glazed and partly gauged window. (iv) The thickness of powder coating shall not be less than 0.50 micron & the tint shall be as decided by GE. (v) Sealing the gap of frame with Jamb and Cill (alaround) using silicon gel at the rate of 0.05 ltr/m for both faces of window.

Taking down Existing Aluminium windows of any size and description and refixing in same opening after repair/replacement of unservisable fittings such as rollers/locking arrangements, neoprene beading etc to make the existing windows functional and making good distrubed surfaces all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down (dismentling)wall and ceiling boards(fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slab/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC insulation panels 10mm with EPS stuck to 01 mm printed PVC sheet of matching colour suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of Aluminium/G.I./M.S. as per specification and as directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605x605mm for false ceiling all as specified

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster on concrete surface in CM 1:4 with WPC finsihed even and smooth all as directed and as specified. (WPC measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked).

M&L 2 Coat of OBD over primer over 2mm th wall care putty on newly plastered wall surface including preparation and all as specified and directed

Taking down GI tubing and connection including cleaning for re fixing or removal to store of dia 25 to 32 mm dia complete all as secified and directed

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying of outer dia 40mm in floors complete all asspecified.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of external surface of wall including removing fungus/algae by wire brush and applying two component acrylic polymer modified "Shalimar Acrylic waterproofing coat" Manufactured by STP Ltd on the external wall surface . Both the component are to be mixes as per ratio 0.5% water may be added to make it a brush able consistency. Apply two coat @0.2 kg/Sqm resulting to a thickness of 1.5 mm , the second coat needs to be only after the drying previous coat. First coat and the second coat to be applied in a perpendicular direction and applying as acrylic based elastomeric high build coating shalicry 215 manufactured by STP Ltd @ 0.40 kg /sqm for 3 coats including primer coat . To use first coat as primer coat water to be added in the ratio 1:3 (1 part shalicry 215 & 3 part water) and in the final coats 10 % water shall be added to make it to a brushable consistency all as per manufacturers instruction including scaffolding complete all as specified. The tint of the coating should match with the existing surface.

Completely removing existing water proofing treatment of any descriptions and any type including top layer of plaster / china mosaic wherever occurs over roof and chhajja surfaces and scrubbing the surface with wire brush and cleaning wash down with water to receive new cement plaster / PCC layer and removing the waste material / debris to a distance exc. 1500m but n.exc. 2000m etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M/L for rendering 15mm thick in cm 1:4 on concrete roof and chajja surface to get a uniform level surface for laying of membrane treatment .

M/L for applying oil based bituminous primer @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm providing and laying 4mm thick. APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4kg/sqm re-inforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree centigrade longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/Sqm, tearing strength of 180N and with thermal insulation with the mineral / graved finish on upper side and laying with torches application and with 10 cm minimum lap in both direction length wise and width wise all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface in hard/dense soil
