Material and Labour for cleaning filter and servicing the condenser & cooling coil by spraying detergent water washing and caustic soda washing thoroughly cleaning and drying out and fixing back its original position combing the fins for Window type Air conditioner 1.5 Ton/2.0Ton Capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for detecting of leakages of gases in water cooler , Refrigerator of any capacity at any Loaction and rectifying the defect to stop the Leakage by Gas welding or by other means including cutting and Brazing of copper tubes testing and commissioning complete in satisfactory working condition

Taking down existing worn out winding from fan motor , rewinding the blower fan motor of window / Split AC capacity of 1.5 TR with super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge capacity, bringing back to worksite and refixing the same on its position including replacement of bushes all as directed.

All as per item no 24 above but for Water cooler 40/80 and 150/150 ltrs capacity.

Taking out of all rusted portion of Window AC ,making good the same with new MS sheet of approved gauge /existing gauge including iron supports by tinkering/welding and positioning back in original place including two anticorrosive black paint over a coat of primer all as specified as directed.

Supply and fix ply wood 6mm thick , no of ply 6, grade BWR, type BB at the window AC places as fixed with nails etc and when the AC removed from site as a safety measure all as directed

Dismantling the transformer from the stabilizers of following capacity and removing the old / burnt transformer and replaced with new transformer as per existing make.

COLD STORAGE/PACKAGE TYPE / WALK IN COOLER PLANTS OF CAPACITY 5/5.5 TR.

Material and labour for cleaning filter, drain out pipe and servicing the condenser & cooling coil by spraying detergent water washing and caustic soda washing thoroughly cleaning and drying out including combing the fins for cold storage unit 5/5.5TR all as specified and as directed

M&L for descaling of condenser unit 5.5 TR by circulating dilute hydrochloric acid solution and cleaning the tubes with wire brush by removing the side cover till the tubes are thoroughly cleaned and re-circulating the fresh water after fixing the side cover with necessary gasket and bolt and nuts.

Labour only for attending breakdown of cold storage/mortuary cabinet /5.5 TR package type AC and make it functional all as directed. Note : Spares shall be measured and paid separately.

Removing the defective sealed type compressor from the of cold storage AC plant/package type AC plant, supply and fix new sealed compressor including reconnecting and testing and commissioning at site all a specified and directed. Make : Tecumseh/Hitachi/Panasonic/Highly.

Testing leak in system ,arresting leak, vacuuming the system, flush out the system by nitrogen gas at 350 psi vacuuming and testing and commissioning complete for 5/5.5TR capacity walk in cooler / cold storage / package type plants all as specified and directed. Note: Refrigerant gas charged shall be measured under relevant item of Sch 'A'

Painting of cooling tower inner side and outer side one coating of Red oxide two coating of existing colour of synthetic enamel paint after cleaning and scrubbing of capacity 22TR.

Supply and fix in replacement of PVC honey comb fills (drift eliminators) suitable size of 22 TR plant all as specified and directed.

Servicing of LT AC plant panel board of any size including connected starter panels and wirings, cleaning of panel board internally and externally, tightening of all screws and nut & bolts, replacing of minor parts like screws, washers, lugs etc, checking of serviceability of all switch gears and replace the following items as required :-

Painting of condenser pipe line inlet and outlet( length upto cooling tower basin) and chiller pump pipe line inlet and outlet(length up to plant room wall) one coating of existing colour of synthetic enamel paint after cleaning and scrubbing including marking and numbering complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling and fixing the cooling tower service panel and drain out complete water cleaning of honey comb fills, drift eliminators, Nozzles by caustic soda and wire brush and cleaning the cooling tower tank and removed all algae from the basin and removing sediments from the GI pipes and cleaning the sump suction filter of capacity 22 TR

Servicing of Air Curtain of size 6' (Make : Almonard), cleaning internally and externally, tightening of all screws and nut & bolts, replacing of minor parts like screws, washers, etc, including replacement of bush, checking of serviceability of all components and replace the following items as required :- (Note : Service shall be done through authorised service provider only)

General Notes : 1. Repairs/ services required shall be notified as complaints at complaint cell of AGE E/M MOUNT, GE STM Chennai. Complaints shall be attended in all working days, holidays including sundays. 2. The contractor shall deploy one Ref Mech/ technician and one helper on all days to report in the complaint cell by 0900 Hrs to receive the complaints and without any extra claim and the same is inclusive of quoted amount. 3. Complaint slip should be submitted back in the complaint cell by 1700 Hrs duly rectified the defect. 4. The rate quoted is deemed to include for receiving complaints, all materials and labour required for rectification of complaints and closing the complaints to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge/GE.
