Taking down Chowkats or Frame (without taking off shutter from the frame) n exc. 1.50 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkats or Frame (without taking off shutter from the frame) exc. 1.50 Sqm but n exc 4.00 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pressed steel frames of size 105 X 60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pressed steel frames of size 125 X 60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MS helical door spring 300mm, ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs including roller and roller plate complete with welding, painting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood Plain framed shutter (One/two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stiles as per IS:1003 (part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified.

S&F in repair 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood Glazed and Skelton Shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass gauze etc (without shas bar) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of numbers of shutter as specified in SSR Pt I Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made mild steel ventilators box type with upper top hung shutters and bottom fixed type shutters including pintol hinges, steel peg stay and one shop coat of red oxide primer incl taking down old, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The ventilator shall be fabricated as per Drg No CEUZ/TD/1302/2009 Sheet 1/3 to 3/3. (ii) Glazing, wire gauge shall be measured and paid separately.
