Earthwork in execution in foundation and trenches including dressing of sides ramming of bottom disposed upto lead of 1 meter from cutting edge and lift upto 1.5 meter having classification. All kind of soil @ 90% and ordinary Rock @ 10%.

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of grade M-5.0 mix including 20% bounder excluding cost of centering and shuttering.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) with 20% boulders.

Dry stone pitching (any thickness) excluding cost of stone (Horizontal).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:5:10 mix (1 cement: 5 coarse sand : 10 crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level including carriage complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work upto plinth level 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing & laying Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate. complete.

Providing and laying 20mm thick Red stone flooring laid on 20 mm cement mortar 1:3mix including filling the joint the colour pigments.

Providind formwork and Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work.

Providing and fixing of steel railing of approved brand and quality.

15mm thick cement sand plaster on rough side of single /half brick wall in 1:4 mix ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles Size of tile 600x600 mm in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand and manufacturer, in all colours and shades, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS:15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately).

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacturer (Two or more coat).

Providing and fixing insulating board ceiling 12mm thick natural colour insulating board of approved quality with necessary nails etc. complete.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. First class kail wood.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give even shade two or more coats on wood/steel work.

Electric point including lights, wire, labours etc all complete job.

Sanitary fitting point including taps, labours etc. all complete job.

Carriage of Stone 1000mtr H.L.

Carriage of Sand/Bajree through a lead of 200mtr H.L.
