Repairs to leaking water in bib taps, pillar taps stop cock, angle valve, PVC connection waste pipes, float valves, concealed stop cock, GI pipe joints bottle traps, spindals etc of any description by changing the washers etc or any other minor accessories to make the system functional complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Spindal sholuld be measured & paid separatley in relevent items.)

Supply only brass spindal complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of air lock / blockage of water in GI tubing 15 mm / 20mm bore cleaning the pipe or fittings etc and re-fixing the same in required position complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair small fittings of galvanized iron medium grade such as socket, elbow, nipple or different sizes Tee, union reducer etc for 15mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Easing of door / window shutters of any size / any number of panels for easy closing / opening, tightening of hinges or changing the position of hinges adjustments of tower bolts, sliding bolts,cutting of door as per height requirement etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 100 mm long butt hinges medium weight cold rolled mild steel complete all as specified and directed.

Reapirs to high / low level flusing cistern by adjusting the float valve, leakage PVC connection PVC / GI bend including replacing of rubber washer cheek nuts plunges etc for any type of flush complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs internal flushing kit of PVC low level flushing cistern of capacity 10 ltrs and making in functional complete all as specified and dircted.

Refixing of existing cupboard/glass shelf /PVC Shelfs after minor repairs complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repair jet spray /health faucet for EWC complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 7 to 8 mm thick non-skid coloured ceramic tiles (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles on vertical surfaces of size 300 mm x 450 mm x 7 mm or as required size at site in dado /skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work /concrete surfaces complete all as specified and dierected.

M & L for marble work not less than 12mm thick (table rubbed and polished ) in cooking platform and like jointed in CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of any shade other than white and black over and including15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes including rounding edges complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete not exceeding 15 cm thickness, below or above ground level or any description up to 12th storey complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing PCC (1:4:8) Type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement as in sunken floor and finished the surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).

M & L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggrigate as in sub-base of floor etc finished surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 20 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished fair and even using extra setting coat and mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed. (Note:Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid sepatately)

Supply only water proofing compound of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of PCC/plastered surface to remove all dust, loose/particles etc with compressed air or any other suitable technique depending on site conditions and providing and applying glass fibre reinforced elastic cooured acrylic, cementitious coating system complete all as specified and directed. Note-Sunken treatment shall be done by Authorized dealer of the manufacturer and contractor shall submit Gurantee certificate issued by the manufacturer.

S & F 100 mm bore cast iron sanitary connection socket fixed to WC outlet etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 15 mm bore steel tubing medium grade, galvanized with all fittings such as bend, elbow, socket, tees, fixed to wall or in floors including cutting, threading and making forged bends on pipes MS hooks etc in any position i.e concealed complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases, pinnng in, brick walls making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar (1:3) for concealed water tubing, and crossing one side of wall to another side by cutting or drilling exc 10 cm but not exceeding 50 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs GI tubing 32 mm bore medium grade with all fittiings fixed to wall or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed. (UPTO 4TH STOREY).

S & F in repairs GI tubing 32 mm bore medium grade with all fittiings fixed to wall or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed. (FROM 5TH TO 8TH STOREY).

S & F in repairs GI tubing 32 mm bore medium grade with all fittiings fixed to wall or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed. (FROM 9TH TO 11TH STOREY).

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster of any description on bricks or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) finished even & smooth without using extra cement in patches and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick on ceiling in CM (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement applying three coats of white wash on ceiling including preparation of newly plaster surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying one coat of oil bound distemper on walls of old surfaces including preparation of wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood or wood bases surfaces any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of old treated surface and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over water based primer over and including 1-2 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs sinks made of stainless steel 1 mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes, including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 495mm x 420mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frame n.exc 1.50 sqm with shutters (without taking of shutter from frame ) etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F prelaminated solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS tube complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 30 mm thick (style) factory made both side prelaminated solid panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C" channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap inserted on top rail & bottom rail, panelling of double side prealm PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 35 mm thick, IInd class HW factory made glazed and skelton shutters open rebated sand prepare to receive glass/gauge etc, without sash bars, edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted without mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part 1 Sec 8 clause 8.24(a) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 125 mm MS pressed handle oval type stove enamelled black complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer including preparation of newly wooden surfaces of any description exc. 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Note-For all items (a) All items shall be executed / covered upto 12 storey height of AGV area. (b) All T & P, mask sanitiser, safety equipments and other items required at site under subject contract shall be provided by Contractor. Cost of temporary supports such as Props, Jacks, Scaffolding, Shuttering etc as required for each individual case component wise is deemed to be included in unit rates quoted. (c) Adequate safety arrangement need to be ensured to avoid accidents / mishappenings & cost of the same are deemed to be included in quoted unit rates.
