EARTH WORK :

Earth work in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, retaining walls, retaining walls, footings of columns, steps, septic tank etc., including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of work, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, watering and ramming etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lifts as directed and specified in following classifications of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and specified.(A) Upto a depth of 2.00m below the existing ground level. Extra lead per km truck carriage for excavated earth beyond the initial lead of 1 km.

Dismantling and removing the existing door and window frame (chowkath) both wooden and steel of different sizes without damaging the walls and removing the frame and necessary repairs to the edges of the walls as directed for all levels.

PCC WORK

Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate, of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing, steps, walls, brick works etc. as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete(Shuttering where necesary shall be measured and paid separately) (a) In prop. 1 cement :3 sand : 6 coarse aggregate by volume

Plain cement concrete floor base in prop. 1:3:6 laid in alternate bays as specified with coarse agg. of size 13mm to 32mm including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete (ii) 50mm thick

RCC WORK

Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete works with coarse sand & 20mm down aded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work (form work and reinforcement will be measured and paid separately.) BAMBOO WOOD FLOORING

Providing & fixing in position, Phenol bonded Bamboowood flooring (Made in India) with planks of sizes 14mm thick, 1800mm length (minimum) and 130mm wide (minimum) in approved colour, texture and finish, having Performance Appraisal Certificate (PAC) issued by Building Materials & Technology Promotion Council BMTPC).
