SITC of 5.5 TR Capacity ducktable Type Split Air Conditioner of Rated Cooling Capacity of 66000 BTU/hr with 1 nos of Scroll Compressor, 1 nos IDU of Rated Power Supply -230V/1PH/50Hz with 1 no ODU of Rated Capacity Supply - 380-415V/3PH/50Hz havinh 1no fan. Min Air Flow/IDU - 2300 CFM . Connection Pipe Size(Liquid/Gas) - 1/2" / 7/8". Refrigerant- 410A. No-deration of Outdoor up to 43 ˚C. (Make - Hitachi/Mitsubishi Heavy/O-General) The IDU should be installed at ceiling as per direction of EIC.

Fixing of 2Tr capacity indoor unit HAT type (Department supply) on ceiling with necessary MS structure and down rod as per direction of EIC.

SITC of following dia refrigerant pipe line by 1.15mm thick hard Cu pipe complete with fittings like elbows, bends etc., supporting arrangements, nitrile rubber insulation etc. 1/2" dia (L) & 7/8" dia (G) pipe with 13mm & 19mm thick insulation respectively, PVC rapping tape. (for 5.5TR)

The 5.5Tr ODU unit is to be installed on suitable size of M S Stand made of 75 x 75 x 6mm Angle for base frame, MS angle 50 x 50x 5mm for leg / cross- support and 6mm thick leg plate etc on terrace /chajja / on outer wall as directed by EIC. Legs grouted by using anchor fastner fixing and cement-sand finish etc strong enough to take the load of machines. Mechanics including providing of Refrigerant gas. Supply & fixing of Vibration pads. Painting of two coat synthetic paints of stands included.

Minimum Room discharge Air flow not less than 580 (CFM) & energy efficient type Rotary Compressor with approved make as per IS 1391, Part - I, including Kits.( Make Hitachi, model Zunoh) (i) The AC machine is to be delivered at site at free of cost. (ii) Rate should be quoted inclusive of all taxes, duties (if any)

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 1.5 Ton capacity Split type A.C. Machines bot indoor & outdoor incl.

3-Core, 2.5 Sq.mm. PVC insulated copper power cable (finolex) for inter - connecting indoor and outdoor unit. ii) copper refrigerant pipe line for inter connecting indoor & outdoor unit as following size a) 5/8" copper pipe including nitrial rubber insulation of suitable 13mm thickness as per direction of E.I.C. iii) copper refrigerant pipe line for inter connecting indoor & outdoor unit as following size : b) 1/4 " copper pipe including thermal insulation of suitable thickness as per direction of E.I.C. Supply and fixing of acoustic lining of supply air duct and plenum with 12 mm thick resin bonded glass wool having density of 32 kg/m³, with 25 mm X 25 mm GI section of 1.25 mm thick, at 600 mm centre to centre covered with Reinforced Plastic tissue paper and 0.5 mm thick perforated aluminum sheet fixed to inside surface of ducts with cadmium plated nuts, bolts, stick pins, CPRX compound etc. complete as required and as per specifications.

Supplying and fixing of 13mm thickness duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class “O”) insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required.

Supplying, fixing testing commissioning of supply air diffusers of powder coated aluminium with aluminium volume control dampers with anti smudge ring & removable core.

Supplying, fixing testing commissioning of Return air diffusers of powder coated aluminium without volume control dampers with anti smudge ring & removable core.

S & F of canvas connection of indoor units.

Supply & Installation of Thermocol insulation of 2" thickness T.F. Quality HI-IDENSITY Thermocol including fixing with cold bitumin on the ceiling / wall and wraping of thermocol by fast nut, washer and GI wire arrangement 12Kg pressure withstand 50mm thick.

Supplying, Fixing, testing and commissioning of fire dampers in supply air duct/main branch and return air path as and where required of required sizes i/c control wiring,the damper shall be motorized and spring return so as to close the damper in the event of power failure automatically and open the same in case of power being restored. The spring return action shall be inbuilt mechanism and not externally mounted. The damper shall also be closed in the event of fire signal complete as required and as per specifications. a) Fire damper with Actuator (Solinoide type)

Supply & charging of refrigerant R22 as per requirement and direction of EIC

Charges for doing vaccoum, nitrogen pressure holding and allied necessary testing & commissioning of department supply 4Tr (2 x 2Tr) Ac machine.

Add GST @12% on Item No 1 to 21

Add LWC @1% on Item No. 1 to 22

NOTE: This is an additional work of a installed syatem. All the detector and devices should be configure in the existing Panel.

Note : 1. The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer/OEM or from their authorized sales channel so that the standard warranty/Support of the Manufacturer/OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed.

2. Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer/OEM and standard warranty/Support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer/OEM to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy must be submitted during execution of work/submission of bill with OEM letter head/Signature of authorized person & rubber Stamp.

3. Certification in original from the manufacturer/OEM, as the case may be, regarding originality of the material must be submitted before any payment.

4. Rate should be quoted including all Taxes (if any).
