Carrying out thickness testing of air pressure vessels and certification once in six months

Ultrasonic thickness testing of pressure vessels (Frequency- twice in a year), painting of date of testing, serial no. & next due date on air vessel as per the stipulations of the Rajasthan Factory rules 1951, The factories Act 1948 & amendments there on and issuing certificate of testing / inspection for each air vessels inclusive of all tools & tackles, labourers, testing equipment etc., to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Carrying out hydro testing of air pressure vessels and certification once in two year

Inspection, hydrostatic testing of air pressure vessels - safe working pressure equal to or more than 20 kg/ sq. cm, painting of date of testing, serial No. & next due date on air vessels as per the stipulations of the Rajasthan Factory rules 1951, The factories Act 1948 & amendments there on and issuing certificate of testing / inspection for each air vessels inclusive of all tools & tackles, labourers, testing equipment etc., to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Carrying out load testing of HOT cranes and other lifting tools and tackles once in a year

Inspection, load testing & certification of HOT crane (including chain pulley block of cranes) of 3 to 10 Ton capacity, painting of date of testing, serial no. & next due date on crane as per the stipulations of the Rajasthan Factory rules 1951, The factories Act 1948 & amendments there on and issuing certificate of testing / inspection for each crane including manpower, equipment, tools & tackles etc., as directed by Site Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Dead weights / load shall be provided by IOCL at test locations.

Inspection, load testing & certification of chain pulley blocks, wire slings, ropes 1 to 5 Ton capacity as per the stipulations of the Rajasthan Factory rules 1951, The factories Act 1948 & amendments there on and issuing certificate of testing / inspection for each chain pulley block (Frequency- once in a year) including manpower, equipment, tools & tackles etc., as directed by Site Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Dead weights / load shall be provided by IOCL at test locations.

Yearly Dismantling, Calibration, Testing,Greasing, Refitting and Certification of TRVs of sizes 3/4" x1" & Safety Valves of sizes 0.5"/0.75"/1"

Yearly Dismantling, Calibration, Testing,Greasing, Refitting and Certification of TRVs of sizes 3/4" x1" & Safety Valves of sizes 0.5"/0.75"/1" with various ratings and providing calibration tag on plate with punching of the details at the site. The scope of work also includes replacement of SWMG gaskets at the flanges. All tools tackles, consumables, testing equipments, any laour assistance if required during testing to be arranged by the party. All the testing to be carried out in presence of competent person approved by office of Director Industrial Safety & Health, Rajashan State. After testing detailed report to be submitted by the party in the prescribed format. (Freq. of testing - Yearly/ Owner requirement)

Ultrasonic thickness survey of above ground station piping once in two Year

Measuring the thickness using Ultrasonic thickness gauge at all the identified points on the process pipings/Fire Fighting Network Pipings, Fire Extinguishers/OMD Cylinders using "through coat" technique within Abu Road station premises including mobilization to site and to complete the work in all respects as per scope of work and the direction of Engineer -in-charge/ Site engineer and marking the point with red paint/ permanent marker and submission of detaled report in both hard copy and soft copy including isometric representation of points.
