Laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6 using 40mm metal for plinth protection concrete including cost of all materials ,labour charges ,machine mixing , ramming ,all lead lift ,curing etc., complete as directed by the department engineer in charge.

Providing RCC 1:2:4 mix using 20mm HB stone for sunshades as directed by the department engineer at site, including shuttering charges, cost of all materials, Cost of chemicals like NITOBOND EP as bonding agent , curing, lead and lift etc., complete but excluding cost of reinforcement.

Supplying, Fabricating and fixing in position of M.S / RTS rods for sunshades including cost of materials, all labour charges, all leads & lifts etc., complete.

Brick work in CM 1:5 using Second class Ground moulded chamber burnt bricks as directed by the Engineer and including cost of all materials, labour charges ,Curing, lead, lift, conveyance of materials and etc., complete .

Plastering with CM 1:5 ,20 mm thick and finishing the surface neatly including cost of all materials ,including chipping and removing the loose particles in the damaged wall, labour charges ,curing ,all lead ,lift and conveyance of materials etc., complete

Supplying and providing RCC Jolly as ventilators of required size including cost of all materials, transporting charges, leads, lifts, removing existing damaged ventilator, labour charges etc complete

Providing and fixing of non-skid 8mm thick floor tiles KAG/KAJARIA/JOHNSON of approved make and quality and desirable colour with required size to the floor over 20mm thick CM 1:3 bedding and pointing with same coloured cement in floors for Bath & toilet including cutting chase in walls wherever required, dismantling existing floors, finishing neat ,cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing etc., complete .

Dadooding walls with first quality colour glazed tiles of not less than 6mm thick and approved make like KAJARIA,NITCO & KAG & of approved colour and quality over CM 1:2 ,20mm thick pointing with white cement using 0.4kg/m2 including finishing the joint and pointing flush with the surface including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing and etc., complete as directed by the department Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing of Laminated PVC door with frame panelled door shutters hollow type with 200x20mm panels with 1 mm wall thickness for panels and styles and top and bottom rails of suitable size with 2mm wall thickness suitably reinforced using MS angle/ Flats including cost of necessary Aluminum hinges and other furnitures and fittings including cost of transporting, lifting and fixing, cost of all materials, labour charges including fixing, lead, lift etc., complete.

Repairing the existing damaged window portion by replacing the damaged ms window outer frame intermediate frame and MS sheet and placing in position of M.S. Partly panelled of required size. The outer frame shall be of 23x18x18x3mm ‘Z’ section and intermediate frame shall be of 46x25x20x3mm ‘J’ section. The shutter frame shall be of 23x18x18x3mm ‘Z’ section, bottom shutter shall be of 18gauge M.S sheet including providing 10mm square horizontal bars as directed by the Engineer at site. The rates including cost of all materials, welding charges, labour charges for fabrication and erection all lead, lift, etc complete.

Replacing the existing damaged glasses in the windows with new 4 mm thick plain glass of approved quality as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of glass, glass putty, all labour charges for lifting and fixing in position of Glass panels, disposing the Broken glasses to the nearest Dustbin, all leads, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing approved make white glazed wash basin without pedestal of size 550mmx400mm with all accessories such as cast iron brackets, 32mm dia C.P waste coupling, rubber plug, and chain, 32mm dia B' class G.I waste pipe, 15mm dia G.M wheel valve, 15mm dia nylon connection, 15mm dia brass niples, 15mm dia C.P pillar trap etc., and including cost of all materials, labours, lead & lift, Transporting ,T&P ,etc., and as directed by the department engineer at site.

Supplying and fixing Mosquito net using stainless steel wire mesh to cover window including cost of all materials, labours, lead & lift ,fixing charges Transporting ,T&P ,etc., and as directed by the department engineer at site.

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion of first class quality paint and of approved colour for inside wall, including thorough scrapping ,clean removal of dirt, etc, complete including necessary plaster of paris ,putty, cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., and as directed by the department engineer at site in complete.

Painting two coats with enamel paint of approved quality & colour including one coat of red oxide primer to the steel work after through scrapping the old paint including cost of all materials, brushes, lead, lift, etc., Complete.

Repairing the rolling shutter by removing the damaged gear box and side channel with gear rod upto top, replacing with new gear box, Tension spring, Pinion set, damaged leaf, welding the gear wheel with gear rod, reconditioning the shaft, applying grease to rolling shutter wherever necessary and re fixing in position in opertable condition as directed by the department Engineer at site including cost of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding charges, safety appliances, lead, lift, etc, complete.

Providing and fixing of phenol bonded wooden particle board false ceiling 12mm thick half perforated with anodized aluminium grid construction of 38×38x2 mm ‘T’ and forming 600×600 mm panels complete with various members for fastenings and fittings to minute tolerance and 25×25x2 mm anodized aluminium angle screwed on to the walls with raw plugs, providing painting the ceiling with two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of wood primer, including all auxiliary works, providing lighting openings if necessary etc., complete and as directed by the department engineer at site.

Repair works to the existing damaged double leaf steel sliding door of size 3.64m x3.44m of having shutters frames, l-angles, wheels, side cover etc., including all labour charges, lead, lift, transport, welding, scaffolding, fitting to alignment, fixing l -angle in the wall, greasing the wheel etc., and as directed by the department engineer in site.

Supplying and fixing 110 mm dia ( 6kg/cm2) ISI make PVC pipe for sewer line arrangements with all specials such as Tees, Elbows, Shoes, Clamps and bend etc., and including Cost of earth work and refilling, cost of all materials, labours, lead & lift, Transporting ,T&P ,etc., and as directed by the department engineer at site.

Supplying and fixing 20 mm gun metal gate valve of approved ISI quality and including cost of all materials, labours, lead & lift, Transporting ,T&P ,etc., and as directed by the department engineer at site.

Supply and fixing Oriya Type Indian water closet of size 580mmx440mm of ISI quality of approved with "P'' or ''S'' trap antisyphonic arrangements nainy traps, packing the joints of the closet with the traps by using cement mixed with approved water proof compound and including cost of all materials, labours, lead & lift, Transporting ,T&P dismantling the existing damaged water closet and ,etc., and as directed by the department engineer at site.

Colour washing with two coats of weather proof Exterior Emulsion Paint viz ACE or equivalent good and standard make of approved colour and quality as directed by the department engineer at site, to the exterior surfaces of walls after through scrapping ,washing and cleaning the surfaces, including cost of all materials, scaffolding, all leads, labour, lifts etc., complete..

Providing vitrified Stain free Nano polished 8mm thick tiles of KAG/KAJARIA/JOHNSON make and of desired colour and required size to the floor over 20mm thick CM 1:3 bedding and pointing with same coloured cement in floorst including cutting chase in walls wherever required, dismantling existing floors, finishing neat ,cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing etc., complete .
