Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level in any position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling / Taking down structural steel i.e. rails mild steel joist,channel ,angle, or tee sections, of sloding hanger door including pully etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The weight of dismantled structural steel shall be ascertained through BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made to contractor accordingly. BOQ duly counter signed by GE shall be enclosed with RAR/ Final bill .

Supply and Fixing Rolled mild steel in Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., of Fe 410 -W (Gde E- 250)quality A complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as speified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: The weight of Rolled mild steel shall be ascertained through BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made to contractor accordingly. BOQ duly counter signed by GE shall be enclosed with RAR/ Final bill .

Material and Labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 , Type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, sub base finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for Pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45 Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense, non- porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360kg/cum of cement with non-circular, virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable , alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240 degree cetigrade and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip - form paver of minium 7.50m width, including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed .Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause 10.1.14 and Table 9 of IRC:15-2017 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Removing the existing sealing compound and widening of construction/ dummy joint 10mm to 12mm width of rigid pavement by using joint cutting machine up to a depth of 30mm , with cutting blade of appropriate size to make straight and smooth edge and removal of rubbish girt etc. using suitable tools including air compressor cleaning concrete debris washing etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Removing the existing sealing compound in expansion and removal of girt etc. from the grooves of existing expansion joint of rigid pavement up to a depth of 45mm with suitable tools including air compressor to remove the loose particle , dust etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for providing and laying in position polysulphide (Pouring grade) sealant type FB conforming to BS 5212-1990 of approved brand by GE including painting the contact surface of the joints with polysulphide primer of approved brand by GE including expanded polyethylene armour rod in expansion joints 25mm wide x 10mm deep over 30mm dia expanded polyethlene armour rod complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for providing and laying in position polysulphide (Pouring grade) sealant type FB conforming to BS 5212-1990 of approved brand by GE including painting the contact surface of the joints with polysulphide primer of approved brand by GE including expanded polyethylene armour rod in constuction joints 10mm wide x 30mm deep over with and including 12mm dia expanded polyethlene armour rod complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for 4mm thick EPU flooring, providing and applying of self smoothening pigmented top coat of 2mm thick Epoxy polyurethane topping laid over with and including 2mm thick self smoothening screed over primer as per manufacturer's specification including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for repairs to the damaged concrete pavement using Epoxy mortar of Araldite grouting system (flowable)100:50:400 (100 parts by weight of Araldite GY 257 :50 parts by weight of Aradur 840 hardener and 400 parts by weight of quartz sand mix no.10) with necessary primer of 100:50,100 parts by weight of araldite 257GY 257 and 50 Parts by weight of aradur 840) coverage 4.0 Sqm per kg of mix and two top coats in ratio 100:50:15 parts by weight and aradur 850 Hardner) as per manufacturer's instructions using electrically operated concrete cutting machine chipping and levelling bottom, clenaing and removing all loose particle, grease, dust, rubbish and any other foregin materials with necssary liquids and final cleaning with heavy duty compressor etc. complete and protecting the area with barricades whenever necesary till operation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing rubbish material from the site to a distance not exceeding 100.00 metre and deposite complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350mm x 250mm x 7mm / 450mm x 350mm x 7mm in verticle surface as in dado / skirting with and including 10mm thick bedding layer using type-I adhesive (thick bed fixing) confirming to IS-15477:2004 and pointed in white or coloured expoxy grout to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour anti slip coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) of Size 400mm x 400mm in floors with and including 10 mm thick bedding layer using type-I adhesive (thick bed fixing) confirming to IS-15477:2004 and pointed in white or coloured epoxy grout to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for providing and laying Premium (1st quality) straight edge,Stain free, glooss finish, Square Double charged vitrified tiles size in 600mm x 600mm x 9mm to 10mm thick as in floors etc. shade as approved by GE , set and jointed with using spacer and approved High polymer modified, grey cement-based tile adhesive suitable for fixing medium format tile/stone in walls/floor conforms to IS 15477 : 2019 type 2T “Adhesives for use with Ceramic, Mosaic and stone Tiles” Conforms to EN 12004: 2017 and is a normal cementitious adhesives (C1) with slip resistance (T) of class C1 and necessary grouting as per manufacturer’s instruction, completed all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge

Material and labour for Forming 20mm thick Expansion joints in 100mm thickness of concrete slab filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for marking on runway/heli runway pad/pavements, like lines,dashes,arrows,letters or figures etc. with hot applied retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint ( in any colour as directed like white ,golden,yellow, orange, black etc.) conforming to MORT& H (Clause 803.4) with 8% glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement up to 160 degree 'C' including cleaning and drying the existing road surfaces and remove dust,oil,grease and moisture before appling the paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Taking down , removing of existing door panel of approximate size 4.00 mtr x 8.00 mtr , approximate weight 2000 Kg and and refixing the same after greasing, oiling , easing, including necessary welding , repair and proper functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note: The Hanger door shall be taking down, remove, repaire and refixe by the specialised firm which have experience of minimum 05 years in relavant field .The firm shall be approved by GE in writting before execution of work.

Supply and Fixing Rolled mild steel rolling device suitable for heavy weight sliding gate including pully, ball bearing,wheel ,cantilever wheel etc. doors to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks or hinges or steel hanging door fiting , fastning fixing, steel rail, locking arrangements and other fittings as directed for smooth functioning of sliding gate to sliding system upper and ground rails complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.The weight of Rolled mild steel shall be ascertained through BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made to contractor accordingly. BOQ duly counter signed by GE shall be enclosed with RAR/ Final bill .

Material and Labour for preparation of steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground to depth of pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal / coal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel including GI protection pipe 15mm dia light grade upto the extent of 7.5 metre and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board including GI pipe 20 mm dia medium grade for watering, MS funnel and bringing out the watering pipe upto 30 cm above the normal ground level plugged at top including all fitting including PCC earth pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC pit cover including necessary earthwork and excavation in any type of soil complete all as specified as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and testing on completion. Material and Labour for earthing complete with copper plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground to depth of pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal / coal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and connected to with and including 20mm x 3mm copper strip as earth lead by means of copper bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers , with and including GI protection pipe 40mm bore GI light grade pipe up to test point or up to main swith board , HT/LT equipments, fixing with 02 Nos.nuts and bolts and protection pipe fixed and including flat iron clamps, bolts, nutsand washers. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate packet layer 15cm thick of charcoal or coke and commont sal all around bottom and top with and including 20mm GI medium grade pipe for watering, MS funnel and bringing out the watering pipe upto 30 cm above the normal ground level plugged at top including all fitting including PCC earth pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC pit cover including necessary earthwork and excavation in any type of soil complete all as specified as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and testing on completion. Material and Labour for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75mm x 75mm x 25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw compete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire connecting to earthing between earthing and MCCB/MCB DB compete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing GI tubing, light grade 40 mm bore complete with all fittings for cable protection, fixed along poles or laid under floor , laid in trench ,under road and hardstanding etc. and making good after laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engr - in- Charge.

Supply and fixing GI tubing, light grade 50 mm bore complete with all fittings for cable protection, fixed along poles or laid under floor , laid in trench ,under road and hardstanding etc. and making good after laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engr - in- Charge.

Supply and laying or fixing or laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/ in floors / under roads/ hard standing /along poles and testing LT cable XLPE, PVC insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armourd cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I -1988) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning & GI pipe shall be measured and paid for separately)

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cable , water supply pipe line etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Returning filling in, in any kind of soil, including spreading , levelling, watering and well ramming in layers, each layer not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and Labour sand cushioning, with dry and clean fine river sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified. (Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

Supply and laying Best quality, locally available, sub class ‘B’ burnt clay bricks (Old Size) for cable protection, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material(soil) n exc 50m and depositing where directedc at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point in soft/loose soil. complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- charge.

Supply and Fixing exhaust fan, Heavy steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 300m sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Making holes for 300 mm dia exhaust fan of suitable shape and size into or through brick walls at ground/ First/Second floor including plastering for making good to the original surfaces of any description disturbed including painting / distemper matching with existing colour. Note : Rates are deemed to be icludd charges of any type of T & P, inssurane of staff deployed at site.

Note for serial item nos. 85.00 to 130.00 of BoQ:- 1. All old unservicable material obtained from serial item nos.85.00 to 130.00 shall be deposited in the store yard of AGE EM GE North Bathinda by the contractor at his own arrangment. Nothing shall be paid extra to contractor on this account.The Board of Officer as ordered by GE (North) Bathinda shall be ascertained the quantity of old unservicable material and shall be depostied accordingly . 2. The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
