SPECIAL REPAIRS TO ROADS IN AOR OF AGE BR I OF GE EAST JALANDHAR CANTT

M & L for repair to pot holes, any depth not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water scoring sunken surfaces in road path etc cutting around edges, at least 25mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder using paving bitumen @ 9.8 Kg Per Ten Sqm blinded with 0.09 cum stone chipping 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings) depth of pot hole exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less). with paving bitumen any penetration @ 4% by weight of total mix complete rolling to uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat of paving bitumen VG-10 at the rate of 5 Kgs per 10 square metre of existing road surface laying bituminous pre-mix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content paving bitumen VG 30 mixed in hot mix plant, laid, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and marking broken centre line /side lines /Zebra lines on road pavement and the like of any description and width with thermoplasitc paint hot applied with machine conforimng to BS-3262 and according to the specification laid down by IRC & MOST (Ministry of Surface Transport) specification 2001(4th revision) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 of Dark eye or equivalent from other specified manufacturere, fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions

Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1.Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F solar cat eye (Solar Stud) aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F SOLAR DELINEATOR made from polycarbonate and toughened aluminium alloy body. Height- 145mm, diameter - 80mm, Delineator height - 80mm, comprises of 4 super bright LEDs which give 360 degree viewing. S&F speed breaker made from sturdy plastic (ABS) of size 425x500x50 mm mm in dual colour (Back/yellow) of min weight 3.8 kg/RM and provide 4 holes of 9 mm Dia per piece for fixing anchor bolt , 2 reflective strip fitted on it and can with stand 20 Ton load with minimum 4 star quality rating complete all as specified and directed.
