We, the undersigned, having examined the provisions of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for selection of agencies for conducting Workshops to create awareness on ‘ZED Certification’ under the RAMP Scheme in Uttar Pradesh, hereby submit this Financial Declaration.
We acknowledge and accept that the financial assistance/support for conducting one (1) workshop on ‘ZED Certification and conducting minimum 20 Zed certifications under this RFP shall be ₹66,500/- (Rupees Sixty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Only) per workshop, exclusive of applicable taxes.
We further declare that the aforesaid amount shall be deemed to include all costs and expenses associated with the planning, organization, coordination, management, and successful conduct of the workshop, including but not limited to manpower, logistics, travel, venue arrangements, training materials, publicity, administrative expenses, overheads, incidental charges, and all other activities necessary for carrying out the Scope of Work prescribed under the RFP. Applicable taxes, including GST, shall be payable extra as per prevailing statutory provisions.
In line with the bid conditions requiring the selected bidder to undertake packages, we hereby indicate our preference for the following packages: | - | - | - | - |

We agree that this declaration shall remain valid for a period of 90 (Ninety) days from the Proposal Due Date or for such further period as may be mutually agreed upon.
We further acknowledge that UPSIC reserves the right to accept or reject any application, wholly or partly, without assigning any reason thereof. | - | - | - | - |
