Surface excavation in hard/dense soil not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out complete including removal to distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 1000m all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M35 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, cast in rubber mould, glossy finish of approved colour, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 30 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil or any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.Note : Manual excavation to be done. During excavation if any damage occured to existing cable any type/ water pipe line, it will be contractor responsibilty to get it repair and make functional by providing jointing kit etc without any extra cost. Contractor has to repair it within 24 hrs so that essential service can not be effected due to such damage.If contractor fails to repair it within 24 hrs penalty @ Rs 500/-per hour will be charged to contractor. In this GE decision will be final conclusive and binding.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level, not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in any type of soil each n.exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface all as specified & as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling,subase and mass concrete in M15(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling,subase and mass concrete in M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles throating, as directed including necessary from work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in embedding of post as directed including necessary from work complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for reinforced cement concrete M-20 grade in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete ,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for reinforced cement concrete M-20 grade in columns; pillars; piers; posts; struts etc,complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sided and soffits of plinth beams and similar works; vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete, flat, complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for fair finished surfaces of concrete, square, rectangular or polygonal, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia. and over, cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height. Complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel TMT bar 6 to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required inck cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and incl mild sttel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia. and over up to and including 10 mm dia. in stirrups, spacers, binders etc. cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered untreated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat on plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing, quality confirming to GDE Fe410-W (Gde-E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 10mm round bars Fe-410-W (Gde-250) quality-A or Fe-290-(Gde-E-165) as in stiffner to hold the chain link fencing fixed with angle iron post inclucinding necessary welding and fixing arrangement at ends complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing galvanized steel chain link fence fabric of mesh size as approved , made out of 4 mm nominal dia of mesh wire conforming to IS 2712-2003 and having zinc coating of type heavy as laid down in IS-4826 including line wires/ binding complete all as specified and as directed(A Board of Officers under the orders of GE shall be convened to ascertain the weight per square metre of galvanized steel wire chain link fencing brought at site by the contractor against each lot of materials). Make Tata or equivalent make as approved by GE

S & F hot rolled low tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. Wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar works complete all as specified and as directed.Note: Independent test report , MTC and purchase voucher shall be sumbmitted before commencement of work and same shall be submitted along with his claim of payment

S&F mlis steel screw bolts (machine made), 11-15mm dia with hexagonal or sqsuare head at one end and screw the other, or screwed bolt ends, each screw end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 15cm but n.exc 22.5 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Design, drawing ,supply ,testing and commissioning RCC 4 tier effect sculpture fountain, minimum 4.5 metre height, dia 4 meter, with and including all connected acessories , height of water effect 4.5 metre by using pump minimum 2.5 HP including 3 Nos RGB LED light as per OEM recommendation with outdoor electrical enclourse,civil work , plastering of fountain wall both side including approved tile/granite by using damp proofing, adhesive, joint filling & finishing of both the wall with and including all connected accessories for make full functional and notes mentioned herein after deemed to be inclusive in quoated rate (i) The distance of the control panel form the pool here is assumened to be 6m, in case the distance is more than this the length & specification of the cable may change and extra accessories if required deemed to inclusive in quoated rate (ii) Minimum pool depth required- 0.75m (iii) Electrical connection 3 phase AC electric supply, 415 Volt, 50Hz will be needed for running the fountain up to the control panel of the fountain from client's side. (iv) Included Drawing for pool, electrical pump, pipe work and connection, mounting frames, fittings and brackets for water effects and light, etc water effect, mountings and connections waterproof cloured lights, water proof wiring, and control panels, wiring pump starters, distribution bushar, switch fuse units, indicator lights, voltmeter and ammeter. (v)Training for the rep operator at the time of installation and commissioning for operation all as above as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (v) Dawing ,desigin and specfication shall be vetted by approved Enginering collage and approved by GE before commencment of work.

Maintenance of plants shrubs hegdes grass etc for a period of 12 month after date of completion of Phase I by employing 2 (two) skilled Category gardner per day to maintaince of all trees /grass shall be carried out by contactor for twelve four months after completion of work without any additional cost.if any tree / grass/Hedge found deteriorated shall be replaced by contactor without addional cost. The maintaince work includes the scope as under : (i)Providing services with 02 No of trained persons (experience person in maintaining lawns, plants and gardens) per day of working time 08 hour for maintaining lawns, plantas flower beds and hedges , etc (ii) Tools, Plants, and materials required for maintenance period of 12 months (iii) Seperate uniform for the malis. (iv) Minimum wages as per the labour enforcement act. (v) Watering to the lawn, plants, hedges daily 02 times, One time in the morning before 10:00 AM. One time in the evening from 1530hrs to 1800hrs (vi) Timely taking out weeds from lawn (maximum times 15 days once) Trimming of plants, hedges and flower beds. (vii) Materils & labour required for timely spreading of manure, chemicals required for the lawn, plants etc as per the pesticides manufacturer instructions and as suggested by forest authories for a period of 12 months maintenance (viii) Attendance register to be maintanined as per the labour employed.

(viii) While using chemicals protective maeasures like gloves, masks and shoes should be provided. (ix) Montly certificate of "lawn and plants maintaining properly and are growing up and in good condition to be given by Engineer-in-charge and to be kept on record (x) Only 90% of cost to be paid for ser item No 33 to 37 of schedule item during the currency of the work. Balance 10% of cost shall be paid after completion of (12 months). (xi) After completion of (12 month) maintenance period the BOO will certify the work "entirely completed and maintanined well and can be taken over users" (xii) Plants, hedges, flower beds and lawn not grown up properly during the currency of the maintenance period will be replaced with suitable good ones. (xiii) Protection of plants, hedges, flower beds and lawn from animals will be the responsibility of contractor up to the maintenance period
