Renovation of 12-Residential Buildings in sector 2 of JNPT Township

EXTERNAL/INTERNAL PLASTERING WORK

Removing the existi+B9:F39ng cement plaster of any thickness without causing dust nuisance and stacking the debris up to a distance of 50 metres or spreading in the compound and cleaning the site etc.complete.

Raking out the old plaster interface joints of RCC member/ wall joints/ masonary etc. properly, cleaning any dust and loose mortar by brush and water, air blower as the case may be (near the RCC member metal work and wall joints shall be raked it out to a depth of 25 mm.) and filling the same by Polymer modified mortar in proportion 1:5:15 duly impregnated with 10 mm. down size saturated surface dry coarse aggregate. etc. complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Cleaning the surface of column and beam thoroughly, applying and fixing the 10 mm. x 10 mm. Polypropylene mesh at the joint 9" wide fixed with nails duly coated with anti-corrosive protective coating, applying one dash coat of 10 mm. thickness of CM 1:4 using 2.76mm downsized screened sand blended with the 3 % Polymer based waterproofing compound as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying waterproof sponged finished / dubba punch finished (as directed) external plaster in two coats using proprietory ready to use pre-packed cement mortar (admixed with integral waterproofing compound @ 300 ml. per bag of cement and PP fibre) to the block masonry, repaired and un-repaired concrete surface including raking out joints and roughening the exposed concrete surface, bond coat of plain cement slurry and obtaining the sand grained finish with sponge all complete as specified. In case of plaster in patches applying bond coat of cement slurry with 5% Polymer at the interface of old and new plaster as per instruction and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (Note : Providing and making drip mouldings, windows sills/jambs, etc. at the locations will not be paid separately and same will be counted in plaster area).

Providing and applying 12 mm thick (average) premixed formulated one coat gypsum lightweight plaster having additives and light weight aggregates as vermiculite/ perlite respectively conforming to IS: 2547 (Part - 1 & II) 1976, applied on hacked / uneven background such as bare brick/ block/ RCC work on walls & ceiling at all floors and locations, finished in smooth line and level etc. complete.

Extra for addition of synthetic Polyester triangular fibre of length 6 mm, effective diameter 10-40 microns and specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40 in cement plaster/mortar by using 125 gms. of synthetic Polyester triangular fibre for 50 Kgs. cement used in cement mortar as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing sand faced plaster externally in cement mortar using approved screened sand, in all positions including base coat of 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 using waterproofing compound at 1 kg per cement bag curing the same for not less than 2 days and keeping the surface of the base coat rough to receive the sand faced treatment 6 to 8 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 finishing the surface by taking out grains and curing for fourteen days scaffolding etc.complete.( on courtyard bricks masonary/ block masonary in all position)

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
