Firms has to quote for 6 years of AMC after expiry of the warranty period of 30 months/2.5 years. Any bid without AMC quote shall be rejected
The bidder has to be an OEM or an authorised dealer of the OEM. Authorisation/OEM certificate must be attached with the bid without which the bid shall be rejected.
The firm must have supplied atleast 3 similar items in the past three years to any Railway Workshop/Depot/Division. Proof of supply and commissioning must be submitted without which the bid shall be summarily rejected.
The bidder has to submit at least two(2) performance certificates of the similar machines supplied by them to any Railway Workshop/Depot/Division. The performance certificates should be signed by a gazetted officer of the railway establishment and must be signed after 1 year of commissioning of the machine. The certificate should clearly mention the PO/LOA number with date, Brief description of the machine, date of commissioning, brand name, name of the supplier, date of commissioning with all other relevant details(Copy of the PO must be attached). The performance certificates should not be more than 2 years old taken from the date of opening of this tender. Any bid submitted without valid performance certificates signed by a gazetted railway officer with their official seal shall be rejected.
