Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for.Weather shed, Chajjas, corbels etc., including edges.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams,suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 1 5° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo- Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 (1 Cement 4 fine sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Distempering with Ist Quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/ltr of approved manufacturer and of requied shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour : new work ( two or more coats) over and including water thinable priming coat with cement primer having VOC contant less than 50 gram/ltre

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an enev shade: one or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and reparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)
