Dismantling/uprooting of LT unserviceable pre-stressed concrete/steel poles of any size and shape and including taking out dismantled portion of poles embeded in ground after necessary demolition of concrete foundation and making good disturbed ground surface properly and disposal there of as Specified and directed. (Note:- Earth work for taking out of poles shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule).

Dismantling cross arms of MS channel or angle sections etc. and removing unserviceable materials from the site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling LT Stay assembly of any size and removing unserviceable materials from the site(s), complete all as specified and directed. a) Unserviceable Stay assembly shall be taken off/dismantled at Ground Level and making good disturbed ground surface. b) Rate is inclusive of necessary earthwork for demolition of cement concrete complete.

Dismantling of ACSR conductors including line spacer and removing unserviceable materials from the site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling guarding cradle and removing unserviceable materials from the site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators of any type and removing unserviceable materials from the site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the street light mounting brackets and removing the unserviceable brackets from site complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of street light/security light fittings from damaged PCC poles and keeping them in safe custody for refixing the serviceable street light fittings in new steel tubular poles and removing the unserviceable street light fittings from site complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing the serviceable street light fittings retrived from Srl item No 08 above in new steel tubular poles complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M deep and getting out in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in of excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning for under ground cables, spread in trenches, river sand including cleaning, spreading levelling, punning for laying/cushioning of cable with layer of 8 cm deep before laying cable and 15 cm depth after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: For the Purpose of payment punned thickness shall be measured.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1 flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm as mechanical protection to underground cables laying with length of the cable cover equal to the width of the trench complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using (20 mm graded stone aggregate) for make good to road surface , hard standing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix GI pipe light grade 50 mm dia for cable protection laid in trenches under road/culvert etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix GI pipe light grade 50 mm for cable protection fixed to poles/bldg incl two Nos MS clamps made to shape out of 25 x 3mm MS flat and painting incl bolt, nut, washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying, connecting all testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated, earthed, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area of 120 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Exacavation, earth work, sand, bricks and PCC will be measured and paid under relevant items.

Supply and errect steel tubular poles, type-410 SP-22, 8.5 meter long complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling & mass concrete for sub base of poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings of poles etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating directed including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix GI pipe bracket for street light fittings made out of 32 mm dia GI pipe light grade 1.5 mtr long bent to required angle/ shape with and including necessary clamps, nuts, bolts, & washers of suitable size complete all as specified & directed.

S&F PVC weather proof loop-in loop-out box with TPN aluminium terminal block mounted on porcelain or bakelite and MCB SP 06 Amps for controlling including necessary clamps for mounting on pole etc complete all as specified and directed. Make: Sintex Cat Part No-GSJB 2014 or techno commercially equivalent.

Material and labour for circuit /submain wiring from junction box to street light fitting complete with 1.5 sqmm 3 core PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed multistranded copper conductor flexible industrial cable 1100 V grade drawn through PVC conduit of minimum 20 mm dia medium grade ISI marked and flexible pipe where required complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of necessary tools and plants such as ladders , hydra for connection to street light fittings etc. shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Supply and fix automatic Street light timer nature switch using Infrared sensor tecnology based, three phase 5-8 KW with 03 Nos 16 Amps Contactor rating and three Nos Outgoing MCB of 20 Amp, enclosed in a pole /wall mounted rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade thermoplastic polycarbonate enclosure (with hinged lid) conforming to IP66 protection class 2. The circuit should also have provision for manual operation (i.e. sensor By-pass operation) and nature switch operation shall be based on natural light lux level i.e. automatic switching ON at Dusk (≤60 lux) and switching OFF at Dawn (≥10 lux) including necessary wiring complete all as specified and directed.
