| 2 | Structural stability test of head gear structures at 06 nos UG pits under Kajora Area General/overall inspection and examination of the headgear frame structural stability study & analysis by static & dynamic load calculation of winding engine & head frame.
Functioning & condition evaluation of the headgear frame structure for stability of winding engine & head gear frame structure. This would be conducted in load and no load both.
Inspection & examination of main structure & foundation through NDT.
Examination of hoisting mechanism.
Examination of winder load.
NDT (Nondestructive test) of major components of the head gear frame structure as required for the study as per IS 3664:1981 and as per IS 3658:1999.
Vibration severity 3 axis measurement in accordance with ISO 2372, BS 4675 which are the guidelines for acceptable vibration levels of machineries in different power categories. General guidelines of the standard ISO 10816 (amendment 2009) & ISO 2631-1:1997 to be followed.
Noise level & vibration study of the machine at headgear frame in idle and full load capacity.
Winder & head frame:
a. Preparation of general arrangement drawings with line diagram of winding engine illustrating its major elements
b. Study of guide rope anchoring arrangement
c. Study of hoisting general arrangements
Design calculation of permanent head frame structures considering:
a. Dead Load
b. Winding load
c. Impact load
d. Wind load
Complying with IS 875-64 head frames finite element analysis and design analysis for working and rope breaking loads. | 6 | Nos | - | - |
