Taking down the unserviceable Air ternination ,Supply and install Air termination rod, Single Pointed Aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :( a) Necessary PCC foundation for termination rod fixing is inclusive of rate quoted by contractor. (b) Site clearance after fixing shall be done by contractor.

Supply and fix Galvanised iron Strip 32x6 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (a) Necessary T&P required for fixing of GI strip is inclusive of rate quoted by contractor. (b) Site clearance after fixing shall be done by contractor.

Taking down the unserviceable Aluminium Strip, Supply and fix Aluminium Strip 25x3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (a) Necessary T&P required for fixing of Aluminium strip is inclusive of rate quoted by contractor. (b) Site clearance after fixing shall be done by contractor.

Taking down the unserviceable Copper strip ,Supply and fix Copper Strip 25x3 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (a) Necessary T&P required for fixing of Copper is inclusive of rate quoted by contractor. (b) Site clearance after fixing shall be done by contractor.

Taking down the unserviceable Earthing ,Supply , installation testing & commissioning of maintenance free compound based electrode earthing with following Specifications (a) Type = Copper Bonde Rod. (b) Material = Low carbon steel core (SAE 1018). (c) Length = 3000mm. (d) Dia of rod = 17mm. (e) Coating Thickness = 250 microns. (f) Terminal = U Bolt Clamp or equivalent. (g) Tolrence in length = ± 20mm. (h) Tolrence in diameter = ±1.0mm. (j) Torence in thickness = ±0.03mm. (k) Current with stand = 10 KA for 1.0 sec and 25 KA peak. (l) Frequency = 50 Hz. (m) Back fill compound = BARON ELECTRODITE (ROHS Certification). (n) PIT Cover = FRP (or) EPCC. (o) Granular material resistance = 0.001 Ohm. (c) Tip of Rod = Tapered tip/Sharp Edge. (d) Scondary Terminal = Shall attached to bowl. (e) Dimension of Bowl = 125 mm wide x 4mm thick. (f) Direction = Facing the primary terminal on 4 sides. (g) Electrolyte = Copper. (h) Additional protection = Nickel plated tip for corrosion resistance & side flash capture. (i) Confirmation = IEC 62305. (j) Weight = 6.0 Kgs. (k) Construction :- Protection system shall consist of one primary and four secondary air terminals. The Primary air terminal is a vertical conductive rod having a sharp tip at one end. The secondary air terminal (4 No) formed on a bowl shaped circular disc are fixed on vertical rods. further, the actual points of the secondary terminals are spaced and placed in such a way to receive the maximum side flashes. Supply& fixing 1x70sqmm copper cable for inter connectios with clamps on wall/floor complete with complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plate earthing complete with galvanised mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 2.75 m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to metallic bodies of equipments etc at the other, earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from top of electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 25 x 6mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate excavation and earth work and RCC cover complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I.

M&L for replacement of earthing with Copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 M below ground level connected to Copper strip 20X3 mm thick for earthing lead fixed by means of nuts,bolt,washers etc connected to earth test point complete all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR-2009 part 1, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, comman salt, charcoal dust, 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection to earth lead, GI water pipe 20mm dia with funnel & wire mesh, PCC pit with CI cover and frame etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - (i) All the joints shall be made with welding to get proper conductivity. (ii) On testing after completion of earthing, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk & cost to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Laying and fixing in replacement of along the poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor of through walls etc jointing and testing LT Cross Linked Polythene Insulated (XLPE insulated) galvanized steel strip armoured electric cable 1100 volt grade heavy duty size of 35 Sqmm 3.5 core ISI marked with aluminium conductor and overall served with an outer sheath of PVC, of cross sectional area as under including taking out old UNSV LT cables complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Excavation, earthwork, Pipe for cable protection to be measured and paid for separately.
