CHAPTER- 1: EARTH WORK:
Earth work in excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
a) All kinds of soil.
Banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller, or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up, in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks, and guide banks etc., lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m :

Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified.

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) :
Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc.:
a) With Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration.
Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor:
a) With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration.
Supply of grass and planting by dibbling the area on Traverse including watering & Maintenance for 30 days or more till grass forms a thick lawn cushion free from weeds. With Bermuda Grass (15 cm x 15 cm apart) INCLUDING ONE YEAR MAINTENANCE AFTER COMPLETION OF WORK.
CHAPTER- 2: CONCRETE AND REINFORCED CONCRETE WORK:
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :
a) 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls,walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:
a) 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).
b) 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer's specification.
Providing & applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of grade of VG-10 of approved quality using 1.7kg per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with apiece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil.
Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:
a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.
b) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses,plinth and string courses etc.
c) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform
d) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.

CHAPTER- 3: BRICK WORK:
Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :

CHAPTER- 4: FLOORING WORK:
Cement Concrete flooring using Cement concrete M25 grade in alternate panels mixed with 12 mm thick polyester fibers (RECRON 3S of Reliance Industries Ltd. or equivalent) in the doses as specified by the manufacturer and finished with the power trowel and floating coat of neat cement (Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately) including Cutting groove of size 8 mm x 40 mm (depth) in the hardened concrete immediately after curing period is over by using diamond cutter and filling the grooves with polysulphide compound etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
a) 100 mm thick.
Extra for vacuum dewatering technique to accelerate the evaporation of excess water item in green concrete using rigid or flexible suction mat incorporating filter layer and vacuum generators (80 to 90% vacuum to be applied at the rate of 3 to 5 minute per 25 mm depth) all as per specification including cost of required the panel shuttering work with steel channel and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The work shall be carried out by specialist agency approved by Engineer-In-Charge.
62 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate, 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacture’s specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.
Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.
a) 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate
52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.
Cement plaster skirting up to 30 cm height, with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement.
a) 18 mm thick
Extra for making chequers of approved pattern on cement concrete floors,steps, landing, pavements etc.
Providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazo/ cement concrete floors.
a) 40 mm wide and 4 mm thick.
Preparing the concrete floor surface using captive shot blasting machine. Cut open all construction joints to fill with epoxy putty using Nitocote VF. Same treatment will carried out to treat shrinkage joints. Providing and applying one coat of Nitoprime 25. Providing and applying Nitoflor SL conductive undercoat and over coated with Nitoflor SL conductive top coat in 2 mm thick over primed surface at 7.5 sq.mt. per pack and finishing as per Fosroc specification. When measured for surface resistance in accordance with BS 2050 : 1978 (A-1984) and DIN EN 1081, the static Conductive topping including Under coat shall be in the range of 50 - 1000 K Ohms. When tested for static decay as per Federal Test method 101B, Method 4046, the static conductive topping shall take not more than a time of 0.01 seconds to decay with + 5KV peak charge to 0%.
Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.
a) Double charged vitrified tile poslished finish of size of tiles 600x600mm.
Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete.

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades,except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.
Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.
Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) :

CHAPTER- 5: WOODEN & PVC WORK:
Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).
a) Second class teak wood.
Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters.
a) 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

CHAPTER- 6: STEEL WORK:
Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters.

PU Based Roof Water Proofing System: Surface Preparation: Prepare all surfaces designated for coating by ensuring they are thoroughly cleaned of oil, laitance, grease, wax, dirt, or any other contaminants that could hinder adhesion. Concrete surfaces may undergo cleaning through methods such as high-pressure water jetting, grit blasting, wire brushing, or mechanical grinding to optimize adhesion between the concrete and coatings. Repair any cracks, blowholes, or similar defects using Nitocote VF. Patch repair on the substrate shall be executed using Renderoc SP40 repair mortar or equivalent. Preparation of Vatta: Coving or Vatta shall be applied at all junctions of horizontal and vertical surfaces using Renderoc SP40 polymer-modified mortar, with a size of 75x75 mm Construction Joint: Chase open construction joints in v shape of 15mm x 15mm using suitable means. Later cleaning the groove using water jet and applying a bond coat of Nitobond EP or equivalent, followed by filling of Renderoc SP40, a shrinkage compensated mortar, including, filling, finishing, curing all complete, as per the direction of Engineer In-Charge. Waterproof coating: Provide and apply two coats of Nitoproof 630 PU or equivalent, a single-component, pitch-free, PU-based, cold-applied, seamless elastomeric waterproofing membrane, over the primed surface with Nitoproof WB primer. The application shall be at a coverage rate of 1.125 kg/m² per coat, achieving a Dry Film Thickness (DFT) of 1.5 mm in two coats. Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing on horizontal surface at all depth below ground level for under ground structures as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and consisting of :
(i) Ist layer of 22 mm to 25 mm thick approved and specified rough stone slab over a 25 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in the recommended proportion over the leveling course(leveling course to be paid separately). (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. (d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep.
(e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. “All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge”:
i) With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.
Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50 mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.
