All as per item No.1 above but in ceiling.

Material and labour for one coat of synthetic enamal paint, First quality, to wooden surface exceeding 10cm width or girth incl preparation of old painted wooden surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old treated plastered surfaces of wall by washing, rubbing down cement base paint surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old treated plastered surfaces of wall by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.5 above but in ceiling. Make for item Nos. 3 to 5:- Asian / Berger / Jenson & Nicholson / Shalimar.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 20 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) in two layers, each 10mm thick, top layer mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturers instruction on brick or concrete surfaces of wall, finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour 3mm thick wall care putty, first quality, on wall complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Asian / Berger / Jenson & Nicholson / Shalimar.

Supply only integral water proofing liquid admixture for concrete and mortar. (Make : CONPLAST X421IC of Fosroc /SIKA No 1 of SIKA/equivalent brand of PIDILITE)

Material and labour for cement concrete type B2, 1:2:4,100mm thick (40mm graded aggregate) for flooring complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 5 mm thick plastering in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces as in sides of column, lintel, beam, chajja, facia, railing, RCC wardrobe etc including finish the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No.13 above but in ceiling.

Taking down/dismantling loose/damage concrete including plaster of any description and in any position from RCC structures like chajja, fins, roof ceiling,louvers, parapet, column, beam, and lintel by hammering with wooden mallets carefully chipping off the old concrete surface with necessary scaffolding including cutting of rusted reinforcement if so required and disposal of old debris to outside the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced concrete as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, and similar suspended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) with necessary scaffolding and protection as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning the existing surface of concrete and reinforcements as obtained after execution of item No. 16 & 17 here in before by wire brush including scrapping & cleaning with emery paper and washing down with water as required and applying “Solvent free epoxy concrete bonding agent” as per manufacturer’s instructions on old concrete surfaces for bonding with new concrete complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Sika / Fosrock / Make as approved by the GE.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in flooring / plinth protection laid in alternative bays and joints shall be filled up with bituminous gola with 80/25 bitumen ( 1 part of bitumen to be mixed with 3 part of sand ) including finish the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Make of bitumene:- STP / Tikitar / Choksy Chemicals.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in coping / benching including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for Preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, steel and iron work, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described, and treated with tar or coal tar black paint, first quality, etc complete. Make:- Asian / Berger / Jenson & Nicholson / Shalimar.

Cutting Chases , pinning in , making good to facing where required and pointing in CM 1:3 to ends or edges of landings , steps , cills , sunshades , shelves , lintels etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring etc and making good of cutting in brick wall n.exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified .

M&L for providing single coat of epoxy bond adhesive of prepared non metallic surface (existing) and applying by brush all as per manufacturers instruction/specification. The bonding agent shall have minimum compressive strength of 40 N/sq mm and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (Make: SIKA/FORSOC or any other equivalent as approved by GE)

Supply, mixing and application of two component structural grade polymer modified reinstatement mortar, where local spalling has taken place or shuttering is not possible. The mortar can be applied in layers not exceeding 6mm thick in each layer in and upto any thickness in smaller vertical pockets and upto any thickness in horizontal applications. The mortar should have a minimum CS 12 N/mm2 in 1 day and 45 N/mm2 in 28 days. Minimum flexural strength should be 8 N/mm2 in 28 days. A modified styrene butadiene emulsion for use as a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementitious system to be mixed with cement slurry before application of modified polymer mortar to be used @ 6 ltr/bag of cement. The bonding agent should have minimum CS 24 N/mm2. Minimum tensile strength 3.5 N/mm2, minimum flexural strength 6.5 N/mm2, complete all as spd and directed by the Engr-in-charge upto 25mm average thickness (Make:SIKA/FOSROC or any other equivalent as approved by GE)

M & L for applying curing compound over concrete surfaces as per manufactures instruction complete all as spd and dir by Engrs-in-charge. make: SIKA /FOSROC or any other equivment as approved by GE)

Taking down existing course of roof treatment,scale dirst etc.includind ranking out ,hacking,scrubbing down with water,etc,complete all the specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete in any description and any position complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Cement concrete type B-1,1 :2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) 50 mm thick laid in RCC roof complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Water proofing tyreatment with APP based standard membrane in non approchable roof with the following courses of treatment: (A) apply bituminus primer(IS 3384) @ 0.40 kg per Sqm of the surface area including cleaning the surface complete as specified. Make : SIKA / STP / TIKITTAR DANOSA . (B) apply APP plastomeric bitumen based mineral finished water froofing membrane polyester reinforced (4 kg /sqm) with 10 cm overlaps and torched bonded at joints includind surface preparation before and after application of treatment as per manufactures instruction complete all as specefied . Taking out old unserviceable floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing)and rubbish off the premisses complete all the specified and as directed

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ), 50 mm thick, as in floors, mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, over 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes set jointed with grey cement and pigment and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as spec and dir. Material and labour for glazed colour tiles 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick in skirting/gados etc set and jointed in neat cenent slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match thje colour tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM(1:4)complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional Antitermite Treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at @ 7.5 litres per sqm of the vertical surface of the sub structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc. complete.

Anti termite treatment Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron.

Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ 1 litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 to match the existing floors.

Anti termite treatment of voids in masonry using chemical emulsion one litre per hole, at 300mm intervals including drilling holes at 45 degree and replugging them with CM 1:2 to match the existing floors.

Anti termite treatment At points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion(in oil or kerosene based solution)@ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same.
