Dismantling of old water proofing treatment /roof tiling including screed bed and cleaning the surface with wire brushes removing dust, foreign material and lowering from roof, removing the same out side the MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying SBR Latex based bond coat after mixing with water and cement at 1:4:7 to improve the bonding between old concrete of roof slab/Chajjas to new concrete/screed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 40 mm thick PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), admixed with 'Cementmix Plus" @ 200ml/bag of cement to make required slope/levelling as in roof/Chajjas complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Admixture shall be measured and paid in item No 04 seperately)

Supply only admixture "Cementmix Plus" complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Berger Paints or equivalent

M &L providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) admixed with "advanced latex plus (SBR based polymer) " @ 1 litre per bag of cement used in roof/Chajjas kerb or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: 1. Coving concreting of 100 x 100 mm shall be made at vertical and horzontal junction. 2. Admixture shall be measured and paid in item No 08 seperately)

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM (1 :4) with admixture "advanced latex plus (SBR based polymer )" @ 200 ml per bag of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finshed even and smooth without using extra cement Complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Admixture shall be measured and paid in item No 08 seperately)

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 on roof /Chajjas surfaces mixed with admixture 'advanced latx plus (SBR based polymer) " @ 200 ml per bag of cement finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.(G+5 Storey) (Note: Admixture shall be measured and paid in item No 08 seperately)

Supply only admixture "advanced latex plus (SBR based polymer)" complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Berger Paints / Fosroc / SP Concare

Applying of water proofing treatment as under: (a) Apply bitumen primer at the rate of 0.27 litre per Sqm as per IS 3384-1986 (b) APP modified water proofing memebrane as per IS 16540/16532-2017 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.80 kg per Sqm reinforce polyster/HMHDPE matt black finish over compatible over bitumen primer (c) Apply heated Bitumen of VG -10 @1.20 kg per Sqm over APP Modified Water Proofing Membrane (d) Finish the top surface with bituminus aluminium paint @0.10 Ltr per Sqm complete all as specified.

Removal of vegetation/tree growth etc on external surface of walls or on roof top in G+5 storey building by taking all necessary precaution to the workers and also the adjacent govt properties including digging out of filling holes with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using (20 mm graded stone aggregate) and finishing the surface to match adjacent surfaces after application of suitable chemical using " break" manufactured by M/S denocil company or equivalent to avoid re growth of the vegetation and removing the debris to outside the MD land complete all as specified and directed(Any damage to the adjacent govt properties like glass windows , pipes lines etc to be made good without any extra cost incl arrangment of scaffolding (a) For plants firth not exc 5 cm

All as above item No 10 for plants girth exc 5 cm and n.exc 15 cm

M& L for demolition of Reinforced RCC Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed

S & F of CPVC pipes 20mm dia SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors including taking down of pipe of 15 mm GI pipe complete all as specified.

S & F of CPVC pipes 25mm dia SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors including taking down of 20 mm dia GI pipe complete all as specified.

S&F of 20 mm dia male/female brass threaded adapter complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 500 ltr and n.exc 1000 ltr tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc, and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified

S & F in repairs 25 mm dia CPVC ball valves complete all as specified.

S&F 20 mm bore PTMT Tank nipple suitable for HDPE water tank. (Min wt 45 gms).

S & F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with suitable clamps including dismantling and breaking of pipe and fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs brass chromium plated grating 125 mm dia circular without hole of approved make and fixing with cement mortar 1:3 on Rain water pipes complete all as specified.

Lowering down the debris obtained from breaking and removing the cement plaster/blcok masonry/PCC/RCC of the G+5 floor by any means without causing dust nuisance and damage to structure, stacking the same to be disposal to distance exc 1.50 Km to n.exc 2.0 Km including loading and unloading complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings Complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Demolition of cement Concrete unreinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 20m graded aggregate using as in plinth protections with joint cutting and joint filling with Bitumen grade 'B' etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor hearth/ stone slabs/mosaic tile flooring or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing servicebale tiles to stores and rubbish off rubbish off the same out side the MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishing complete all as specified .

M&L for chequered cement concrete PVC rubber moulded designer tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick with mixture of white and grey cement in equal proportion and no pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified.

Note for Item No 1 to 32: All items should be carried out upto G+5 Storey bldg
