Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface on walls to received tiles etc complete all as specified and as directed . (Note :- WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, ISI marked, all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Form work to Chullah hood, chajja, Column, beams and similar items including edges, fair finished flat surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing loose and broken concrete by chiselling /picking etc upto a depth of 50 to 100 mm from RCC columns, beams and similar structural members including cutting edges cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brushes to remove dust, dirt and other foreign material all as specified and as directed .

M&L for applying one coat of anti corrossive primer @ 0.25 Litre /Sqm for the steel area to to form unbroken 40 Micron thick film to exposed old and new reinforcement to the full circumference and length of bars all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat epoxy bonding agent @ 2.6 sqm /litre or as per manufactures instruction to old concrete surfaces of columns, beams and similar structural members all as specified and directed.

8419 Part -I, specific gravity not less than 2.5, unformity co efficient less than 1.5, silica content tested in accordance with IS -2000 -3200kg (Note : (i) Installation, testing, commissioning, Necessary layout drawing of the layout of equipments shall be measured & paid seperately. (ii) Filter media shall not contain more than 5% by volume of impurities such as clay lime, silt etc. Lose in ignition not more than 0.7%, acid solubility not more than 5%, effective size (d10) with a maximum deviation of 10%, uniformity coefficient shall be less than 1.5.

S&F in repairs Stainless steel railings 304 grade main rail of minimum 32mm outer dia, mid rail of minimum 25mm dia including necessary welding al-around to diving board including drilling for making holes, fastner/srews etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for necessary Fabrication Work for the Header including necessary fitting and fixtures consisting of the following complete all as specified and as directed:- . (a) Fabrication work for suction and delivery and delivery header pipe with necessary PVC welding FRP Coating etc - 02 Jobs. (b) Supreme 10 Kg/sqcm pipes & 16 kg/sqcm pipes including fitting and fixtures - 01 Job.

M&L for spraying curing compound as per manufactures instruction on freshly cast concrete surfaces all as specified & directed

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing clips etc including removing of old corroded steel bar complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Flamed Granite 20 mm thick in sides of swimming pool floors set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite ,including cutting and polishing laid over & including on 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) set and jointed including dismantling of old stone slabs laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Providing edge moulding to 18-20mm thick granite stone slab any description of counters vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as in copings, Chajja /kerbs stone, roof padding/staging of water tank etc including necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in leveling concrete over roof slab and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, necessary formwork all as specified & directed

M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer 10 mm thick in CM (1:3) mixed with WPC finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified & directed (Note :- WPC will be measured and paid separately)

M& L for providing water proofing treatment as per following specification all as specified & directed :- (i) Preparation surface and applying compatible primer/bonding bitumen @ 0.40 Litr/Sqm te receive membrane. (ii) Laying APP modified water proofing membrane as per IS 1654-2017/IS 16352-2017, 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.60kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster/HMHDPE matt black finished with torch applications of membrane with 75mm side overlap and 100mm end lap complete as per manufacturer's instructions (iii) Applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint on top @ 0.10 litre/sqm.

Demolition of Cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain Cement concrete (1:2:4 ) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in 25mm thick sub base to flooring all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) for laying floor finishes all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured joint free non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set, jointed and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350x 250x 7mm / 450X 350X 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting & dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with surfaces including backing coat 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) all as specified and directed.

S&F Pressed steel frames of size 105 x 60 mm for doors made with 1.25mm thick M S sheet, with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc., complete all as specified & directed.

S & F Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) of 35mm thick with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm venereed particle board with commercial veneering on both faces, rail and style are of second class hardwood & the size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated fixed to chowkhat all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-0 using 12.50mm grade stone aggregate for filling in steel door frame / box type steel window / vent including necessary formwork all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Solid PVC door frame (Single rebated) of size 60 mm x 30 mm made out of solid foam with homogenious fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin with suitable metal stiffner and fixed with 100x8 sheet metal CSK screws complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Door frame shall be water proof, termite proof, elegant and should have excellent screws holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly for a long life)

M & L for Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter wood free EPS, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site all as specified and directed.

M & L for powder coated aluminium grill ( powder coated or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, weight not less than 3.26kg/sqm including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement all as specified and as direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing sheet glass ordinary quality 4mm thick and glazing with rubber packing around the glass, in squares n. exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing solid PVC board 18 mm thick as in locker / cabinet of swimming pool etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and disposal of debris to out side MD land all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in mixed with WPC finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. (Note :- WPC will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick cement mortar (1:3) over ceiling RCC surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces including in narrow widths/ bands etc distempering with following specification all specified and as directed:- (i) Applying 1mm thick wall care putty finished to smooth surfaces (ii) one coat of alkali resistant primer (iii) Two coats of Acrylic emulsion distemper .
