Disconnecting existing tanks, exc 250 and n exc. 500 ltrs, setting aside (for lowering if required) for repairs cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tanks and mouths of circulating pipes etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing old roof treatment of any description, any type including removal old Tar felt, screed bed and plastering etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore GI steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore GI steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work, built in Cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20 mm bore GI tube medium grade with all necessary fittings and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm bore GI tube medium grade with all necessary fittings and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with using integral water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement applied over roof slab complete all as specified and directed. (Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for Water proofing treatment on roof surfaces with APP modified membrane with non woven polyester reinforced, weight not less than 3 KG/SQM and thickness of membrane not less than 3mm (plain/ thermal insulation with white mineral/gravel finish on upper side of membrane as per site requirement as directed by Engr in Charge) uniformly embedded during manufacturing process laid in following sequence complete all as specified and directed.:- (a) Applying 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on cleaned roof surface.(Plastering shall be measured and paid under item No 9.00 above) After properly curing of the plaster, the roof will be tested for water tightening by ponding with water for seven days for any seepage/leakages, etc. If any seepage/leakage is observed the rectification will be carried out by pressure grouting under pressure of 5 Kg/sqcm using cement based grout. After the roof surface is repaired, the slab /roof will be again tested for water tightness before proceeding for further treatment. (b) Properly cleaning and drying of the plastered roof surfaces, parapets, gutters, drain mouths, etc for all foreign matters such as fungus, moss, dust, etc by wire brushing and dusting. Proper grooves shall be cut around CI drain outlets/pipes/chimney pipes and other similar situations to tuck in the treatment. (c) Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS: 3384-1965 @ 0.3Kg/Sqm on the prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated. (d) Laying APP modified water proofing membrane with 100mm overlap in longitudinal direction and 100mm overlap in transverse direction sealed and bounded to the surface by torch application method. (e) All joints and changes in direction should be curved with cement mortar 1:3 with SBR latex @ 200ml per bag of cement and cured well before laying the membrane. A fillet of PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates shall be provided at all junctions of vertical and horizontal surfaces and wherever there is change of direction.

Supply only Integral water profing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortor 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast machine pressed cement concrete tiles with grey cement and no pigments of size 250x250x20 - 25mm thick conforming to IS 1237-1980 set in cement slurry laid jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry including bedding layer of 15mm thick screed in CM 1:4 as in roof complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc.) sheets in roof coverings, including ridge complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet, 0.5mm thickness, of colour as approved by GE, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to wall, etc, fixed with & including self tapping screws on angle frame complete all as specified and directed. S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based profile steel sheet, 0.5mm thickness, of colour as approved by GE, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to wall, etc, fixed with & including self tapping screws on angle frame complete all as specified and directed. S&F rolled mild steel work as in rafter, purlins, trusses and like (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections (Fe 410-W(Gde E-250 quality) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete Type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in roof padding, kerbs or mud stops, copings and levelling concrete slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as directed.

M&L for Removing loose concrete from chajjas, perapets, fascias, pillars, columns etc not exc 1 sqm on plan and repairing the same with cement mortar 1:3 /cement concrete type B-0 ,1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) including white washing/ditempering/ weather proof paint / cement base paint as per existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) mixed with water proofing compound @3% by wt of cement in benching, roof kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges,cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for cleaning & drying thoroughly existing surface of walls, roofs, chajjas, etc for all foreign matters such as fungus, moss, dust, etc by wire brushing and dusting; applying two coats of polymer modified cementations based protective & water proofing coating as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. [MAKE: ACROCOAT / FOSROC or equivalent as approved by GE]

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces, including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on brick/concrete surfaces including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete/stone masonry surfaces including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and M&L for applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint, white or tinted over and including a coat of exterior wall primer on plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed. [Make :Shalimar(Saktiman) / Asian(ACE) / Burger(wall masta)/ make as per list of make as approved by GE]

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of cement based putty complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Putty shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item.

M&L for applying one coat of 3mm thick white wall care putty on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, and M&L for applying two coats of exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint white or tinted over and including one coat of white cement based putty (where required) all as specified and directed. [MAKE : ASIAN (ACE) /SHALIMAR (SAKTIMAN) /BURGER (WALL MASTA)/ make as per list of make as approved by GE] Note - (i) Cement Putty shall be measured and paid separetely.(ii) Complete removal of existing surface to be carried out using mechanical scrappers and wiped clean with cotton cloth so that no dust/loose particles remain on the surface complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(iii) Hairline cracks upto 3 mm thickness shall be filled with crack seal of M/s Asian Paint or equivalent as approved; quoted rate is deemed to include for this aspect.

Complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper, white or tinted over one coat of white cement based putty (where required) all as specified and directed.Note - (i) Cement Putty shall be measured and paid separetely.(ii) Complete removal of existing surface to be carried out using mechanical scrappers and wiped clean with cotton cloth so that no dust/loose particles remain on the surface complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(iii) Hairline cracks upto 3 mm thickness shall be filled with crack seal of M/s Asian Paint or equivalent as approved; quoted rate is deemed to include for this aspect.

Dismantling of wall ceiling hard board /AC sheets and plywood in any thickness and any position including grid and cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanised cold rolled steel section frame work size 600x600mm grid size using 24 x 38 x 0.50mm (composite thickness) tee (bottom pre-coated) and 24 x 24 x 0.50mm (composite thickness) wall angle galvanised cold rolled steel section including suspenders as per (Gabsec) manufacturs instruction as in ceiling all as specified and direcetd (Make : GABSON (Gabsec) or equivalent as per list of make as approved by the GE)

S&F asbestos free calcium silicate board of size 600x600x6mm, fixed to steel frame work in ceiling with & including applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified & directed. NOTE:- Cost of making frame work for light fittings, etc is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate

Dismantling water tank capacity exc 250 ltrs but nexc 500 ltrs and removing to stores complete all as specified and directed

S&F Rotational moulded (three layered, ISI marked) polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) of 500 litres capacity including PVC cover, hoisted and fixed in position including connecting up pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm dia single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches, floors or fixed in walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches, floors or fixed in walls complete all as specified and directed.
