Special Eligibility Criteria

   Only Firms registered with Railway board, Ministry of Railways can participate in the tender. EXCEPT FOR IMPORTED PRODUCTS, the offers should be from manufacturing units which are inspected by Railway Authorities and found fit. Any other offer would be considered as not eligible.

   The Products should be available in open retail market for sale by same brand name, in that region. One product sample or label with complete details must be submitted with tender

   Offers of firms suspected to have quoted in cartel are liable to be ignored for placement of order. The decision of Railway administration in this regard will be final and binding.

   Firms unable to participate in tender or tender not floated to particular firm- If any firm registered with Rly and their respective product is also registered and wishes to participate tender or tender is floated to firm but unable to participate / quote then e mail immediately to [email protected]

   The bidder confirms that Rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance, and such terms quoted anywhere else should be ignored. Denial of this condition not recommended.

Commercial-Compliance

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

   The firm must quote price as free delivery at Consignee stores basis unless otherwise indicated in the tender enquiry. Consignee stores means the medical stores of the consignee. It is not received in the medical stores of the consignee, freight and other cost will be deducted from suppliers invoice as applicable.

   The rate should clearly mention for unit basis and not for pack/strip.

   MRP of offered brand to be mentioned in the remarks column of the financial bid

   Validity of Offer: No deviation from the offer validity period stipulated in the tender is permitted.

   Payment Terms: No deviation from the Payment Terms stipulated in the tender is permitted.

   Delivery Period: No deviation from the Delivery Period stipulated in the tender is permitted.

   Price Variation Clause: No deviation from the Price Variation Clause stipulated in the tender is permitted.
