Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)
Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm
Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.
Providing and laying of coarse sand for dry bed of STP including removal of old coarse sand in layer as per direction of plant in-charge
Providing and laying of gravel (10-20 mm thick) for dry bed of STP including removal of old geval in layer as per direction of plant in-charge.
Engagement of Operators (Semi-Skilled) (Electrician/plumber) 03 Nos.per day
Engagement of SR. Technical Executive Visit (Atlest 01 visit per quartely)
Supplying DAP (Diammonium Phosphate) for STP

Maintenance of Pumps, Motors, valves, starters and MCB Panels i.e. oiling, greasing, repairing, re-binding and repairing of other electric items etc.) Details as Appendix-"A"
Cleaning of sump well, equalization tank, aeration tank, floculation tank, clorine contact tank and treated water tank etc. of STP and back wash of iron removal plants on daily basis of WTP-1&2 by manual mean or machenial mean and disposal of sludge as per govt. norms.
