AMF & DG PANEL

Cubical type floor mounted AMF panel and DG panel made from 16 SWG Sheet Steel, duly pretreated, powder coated painted and aesthetically finished, suitable for controlling of 62.5 KVA DG set including multi-core control cable and other accessories as required having following secification / features.

i) 125 A , MCCB with O/L, S/C, E/F protection and microprocessor based protection release , U/V release etc. - 2Sets

ii) In Built By-Pass switch for rated capacity

iii) On -delay timer for load change over

iv) On-delay timer for engine shut off

v) Engine On-Off switch (Push button type)

vii) Minimum five number indicating lamps to indicate 'mains ON', 'load on mains', Set running', 'load on set' and 'battery charger on'.

viii) Audio visual alarm for 'Low lubricating oil pressure', 'High water temperature, Start failure', and DG over load'.

x) Microprocessor based relay with composite meter for digital display of following.

The AMF panel must be designed to ensure trouble free performance and ensure switching over Electrical Load to DG within 15 (fifteen) second from the instant of mains failure.

ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE

The DG set should have integrated acoustic enclosure at the manufacturing state itself. High quality acoustict enclosure must be certified as per CPCB-II norms.

BASE FRAME

Common iron channel fabricated base frame containing the engine and alternator, mounted on AVM pads and having provision for lifting Hook.

Making 3100mm x 1800mm x 1000mm (250mm below & 750mm above the ground level) PCC foundation (ratio 1:2:4) with 3mm thick smooth cement finish including construction of blue scope roofing shade supported onsteel stuucture consisting of atleast 4(four) vertical supports and adequate horizontal support made up of iron pipes with water prof painting on primer, capable of providing protection against rain for the DG having dimension 2950mm x 1200mm x 1800mm(hight).

Supply & fixing of exhaust gas pipe line of suitable dia welded black 100 mm dia MS class B pipe incl. all necessary bend supports and clamps, anti vibration mounting system with insulation of exhaust system with 50mm thick mineral wool cover with wire mesh and aluminium cladding ( from DG sets to top of the building plus 3mtr or as per CPCB) for 62.5 KVA DG set as per direction of EIC.

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required. (for road crossing of cable) (a) 65 mm dia

Supply & delivery 1.1 KV grade PVC/A. XLPE insulated aluminium armoured cable ( Havells / Polycab / KEI / Gloster / Mescab )

(a) 4 core 70 sqmm

(b) 4 core 95 sqmm

Laying of one No. cable above 35 sqmm and upto 185 sqmm in underground trench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trenchwith shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed for (a) 4 core 70 Sqmm & (b) 4 core 95 sqmm cable

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below :

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials :

Earthing with 65 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 x 19/10 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including socketing at both ends of stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire by crimping sockets/ thimbles and S & F 40 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts [ 2 nos for nutral earthing and 2 nos for body earthing ].

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S & F 25 mm x 6 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments ncl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.

Supply & delivery of CO2 type fire extinguishers conforming to IS 15222-2002 and cylinder fully charged of 4.5 Kg capacity (Make- Fire Shield / Ceasefire)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

(i) Rate should be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and Duty etc.

(ii) All materials, equipments & accessories must conform to relavent IS /IEC specifications. The DG Set to be supplied must be from the authorized OEM of the respective Engine Manufacturer.

(iii) Nacessary manufacturer's test certificate for Desiel Engin, Alternator etc. Will have to submit in triplicate copy during delivery of the equipment.

(iv) Copy of "Type Approval Certificate" and Certificate of "COP" must be produced at the time of delivery issued from competant Authority (As per CPCB-II).

(v) Circuit Diagram for AMF Panel must be submited from the Manufacturer/OEM.

(vi) The entire set must be warranted atleast 15 months from the date of Delivery/12 months/ 5000 Hrs(running hours) from the date of Commissioning whichever is earlier. However Engine & Alternator should be warranted of 2 years/5000 Hrs, whichever is earlier.

(vii) During commissioning, the DG set has to be made to run for atleast six hours at a stretch on atleast 75% load at the cost (cost of fuel, operator and technical personnel) of the agency entrusted with the work and the agency will have to provide permanently multi-core control cables as required with allied accessories including laying of the same before commissioning of the DG set.
