Disconnecting the HT 11 KV VCB/SF6 panel indoor / outdoor capacity ranging from 630 to 1600 Amp, over hauling of complete panel by taking out the trolley of the breaker, opening the total mechanism of breaker, checking contact, baffle plates and other minor parts, cleaning all accessories carefully. Minor repairs, parts/accessories, the tank, baffle plates, rotating contact, upper supports, lower supports, drive assemblies and all other spare parts, reassembled after repair/ replacement of the spare parts including calibration, testing of existing IDTM relay as per load parameter complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Repair work shall be carried out only by the authorised technician of manufacturer of VCB. (ii) Spare parts as required for replacement of existing worn out parts shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items. (iii) Labour for replacement/fixing of the supply only items shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (iv) Make of all spare part shall be used as per existing make of manufacturer.
