Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content with water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50gms/litre.

Providing and fixing tiled False Ceiling of approved materials of size 595x595mm in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanised @ 120 gms/sqm both side inclusive ) consisting of main 'T' runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38mm made from 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross 'T' of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600mm cente to centre to form a grid of 1200 x 600mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.30mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, wherever, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using Gl slotted cleats of size 27x37x25x1.6mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4mm Gl adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85x30x0.8 mm spaced at 1200mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineerin-charge. (The rate is excluding the cost oftiles which will be paid for separately). 12.5 mm thick square edge PVC Laminated GypsumTile of size 595x595 mm, made of Gypsum plasterboard manufactured from natural gypsum as per IS 2095 part land laminated with white 0.16mm thick fire retardant PVC film on the face side and 12micron metalizedpolyester on the back side with all edges sealed withthe face side PVC film which goes around and wrapsthe edges and is bonded to the edges and the back sidemetalized polyester film so as to make the tile a completely sealed unit.

Extra scaffolding for priming coat on ceiling of the Auditorium.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade new work (two or more coats) over and excluding priming coat.

Finishing wall with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on new work (two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr. /10sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give and even shade two or more coats on new work.

Varnishing with varnish of approved brand and manufacture. One or more coats with copal varnish.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade Old work (two or more coats on existing cement paint surface applied @3.28 ltr/10sqm).

Welder engaged for minor repairs for door and windows / stair section of frames.
