Finshing walls with water proofing cement of required shade (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Preapration of ply wood surface for painting including sand paper the surface and applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of white lead ,linseed oil, varnish and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to required finish complete

Applying pimk primer or aluminum priming coat on wood work including preparation of surface, knotting and stopping etc

Painting two coat excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shade on old wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surface to ive an even shade including rubbing down old paint.

Dismantling of cement conlomerate/ terrazzo floor 25mm to 50mm thick including concrete base,

Providing and laying verifed floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufactured) with water absobtion less than 0.08% and confirming IS 15622, of approved make, in all colour and shade, laid on 20 mm thick CM 1:4 joint with grey cement slurry @3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joint with white cement and matuching pigmenets etc complete (600mm x 600mm size)

Providing and laying Virified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc.complete. (600x600mm size)

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: sqm 235 368 603 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours,.shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge inskirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

(Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately} Second class teak wood (35 mm thick shutter)
