Supply of dewatering submersible pump set of rating minimum 1.5KW/2HP suitable for 415 V, 50 HZ, AC power supply, non-sealed construction with discharge of 15 Cum/Hr @ 12 Meter Head, Insulation class 'F’, non-clog, pump housing cast iron with all metal surfaces and suitable for continuos/intermittent operation in submerged condition, particle handling size of minimum 40mm and standard accessories i.e.discharge elbow including gaskets nut bolts, screws, washer etc. supplied by OEM or fabricated as per OEM specifications complete as required.

Supply of sewage submersible pump set of rating minimum 1.8KW/2.5HP suitable for 415 V, 50 HZ, AC power supply, non-sealed construction with discharge of 15 Cum/Hr @ 15 Meter Head, Insulation class 'F’, non-clog, grinder system impeller, pump housing shall be cast iron with all metal surfaces for sewage submersible pump suitable for continous / intermittent operation in submerged condition, standard accessories i.e. discharge elbow including gaskets nut bolts, screws, washer etc. supplied by OEM or fabricated as per OEM specifications complete as required.

Supply of MS stand for submersible pump set supplied by OEM/fabricated as per OEM recommendation for fixed floor mounting in the sump alongwith all fastener clamps nut bolts etc, painting with approved primer and two coat enamal paint as per the specification complete as required.

Supply & fixing of following motor Starter Panel spares including dismantling of faulty spare from the existing panel as per technical specification etc., complete as required.

a) LED Indication lamp - RED/GREEN/YELLOW/BLUE- 22.5mm-(L&T, EIL)

b) Push Button RED/GREEN with modular contact block (L&T- HD15C & HC61A2)

C) Three Phase LED Ammeter/Volt meter with accuracy class 1.0 (L&T, WL132010OOOO)

d) MCCB extended handle (Suitable to DU 100H) (Make: L&T)

f) MN- 2 OLR Directly operated relay (3 - 5 A range) (Make:L&T)

g) Power contactors 3 pole, MNX 18 (1 NO) (Make: L&T-CS94100)

h) MX 0 , 22 E Auxiliary contactor (2 NO +2NC) (Make: L&T)

i) MNX-A1, front mounting Add-on Auxiliary contactor block (4 NO) (Make:L&T)

j) MX-A1, 11E front Add on Aux contact block (1 NO +1 NC) (Make:L&T)

k) Current Transformer, 2.5 VA with Class of 1

Supply of float switch with at least 3 meter wire (make: damor or equivalent) and fixing it in the appropriate location in the sump including drawing of cable through concealed pipe, flexible conduit to the panel, control wiring modification for dual mode (auto & manual) operation of submersible pump as per specification etc., complete as required. (Note: SITC of one float switch for one motor is consider as 01 Job)

Supply of UPVC plumbing materials as per specification etc., complete as required.

a) 3 inch inner dia UPVC pipe (SCH 40).

b) 3 inch UPVC Flange with Gasket - End Cap Open (SCH 80)

c) 3 inch UPVC Elbow 90° (SCH 80)

d) 3 inch UPVC TEE (SCH 80)

e) 3inch to 4 inch upvc socket reducer (SCH 80)

Supply of following GI plumbing Materials as per specification complete as required.

a) 3 inch MS Slipon Weldable Flange

b) 3 inch butterfly valve (flange type) - CI, SS 304 disc-EPDM, PN 10, lever operated, short pattern.

c) 3 inch NRV wafer type (flange type) SS 304 disc PN 10

Supply of 3C X 1.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated and PVC Sheathed industrial cable, 1100 Volt, conforming to IS 694 for submersible pump motor etc complete as required.

Erection, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 2 Nos dewatering submersible pump set including MS stand, discharge elbow by levelling of concrete floor & Replacement of damaged GI piping including removal of GI delivery piping in sump, cutting of GI pipe, welding of flange, scrapping, cleaning, painting of remaining GI pipe with approved primer and marine grade paint and Fixing of UPVC piping including cutting of pipe, fixing of plumbing accessories i.e., flanges, elbow, tee etc., using UPVC adhesive, nut bolts, gasket, 2 Nos butterfly valve and 2 Nos NRV etc., in existing de-watering sump as per the specification etc., complete as required.

Erection, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 2 Nos of sewage submersible pump set including MS stand, discharge elbow by levelling of concrete floor & Replacement of damaged GI piping including removal of GI delivery piping in sump cutting of GI pipe, welding of flange, scrapping, cleaning, painting of remaining GI pipe with approved primer and marine grade paint and Fixing of UPVC piping including cutting of pipe, fixing of plumbing accessories i.e., flanges, elbow, tee etc., using UPVC adhesive, nut-bolts, Gasket, 2 No butterfly valve & 2 No NRV, etc. in existing sewage sump as per the specification etc., complete as required.

Fixing of new butterfly valve in common Delivery GI pipe line including cutting of existing 80 mm pipe and welding GI flanges etc. as per specification complete as required.

Supply and laying of 50 mm dia UPVC Pipe (Sch-40) in concrete for cable laying by cutting the concrete of dimension 25cm depth X 10cm width for laying the pipe, threading, cutting, joining of pipe & filling the gaps with PCC 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size and making good the surface matching with original finish etc. as required and as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting of de-watering sump MS cover plate with Enamel paint (black)-2 coats including anticorrosive metal primer red oxide of approved brand to give an even shade complete etc as required.

Supply and fixing of non-corrosive Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) molded grating walkway of Mesh size 38mm X 38mm , Height: 38 mm, 3 mm thickness Chequered plate molded onto FRP Grating, With Rib thickness 5/7 mm on existing dewatering sump and supported by FRP tray of 100mm width at 500mm span embedded below the grating across the sump opening including dismantling of existing bottom frame (MS), fixing of newly fabricated bottom Frame using MS L-Channel 50mm X 50mm X 5mm, MS/GI hooks for lifting and civil modification works (CC chipping, filling, finishing) for proper insertion & seating etc. complete as required.
