M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paverblocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning using sand suitable for plaster works to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep punned to 10cm after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : 18 cm punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and lay cable protection cover with Bricks; common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class ‘B’ designation 75, (size 23cmx11.5cmx7.5cm) putting accross the cable with width of protection cover equal to length of brick, abutting to each other for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- (i) The unit rate shall deemed to include for Test point, PCC pit, 4mm dia GI earth wire from top of the earth plate up to 7.5m above ground level. In case 15mm bore GIprotection pipe required is less than 7.5m, no price adjustment shall be made. (ii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500mm away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fittings, junctions, elbow etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.
