Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 150 sq mm 3½ core Complete.

Supply and installation LT Electric control panel, cubical type, for Indoor use floor mounted made out of CRCA outer sheet of 2 mm thick and inner sheet of 2 mm thick and angle iron legs of size 40mmx40mmx5mm with front open able shutters for each MCCB with spreader with fully enclosed bus bar chamber, having insulated bas bar made but of aluminium strips of rating 400 amps for 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 C/S 4 wire system, with cable entry provision, with suitable lugs gland, voltmeter , Ammeter,CTs and phase indicator complete, duly painted with two coats of stove enameled powder coated paint over as coat of red oxide primer complete and nut,bolt,washers for connection of cable, including necessary PCC work of minimum height 45 cm from ground level to the platform all as specified and equipped with the following items :- INCOMER I. Change Over Switch 250 Amps 415V,4P - 01 No. II. Digital Ammeter 0-500 Amps CT Operated - 01 No III. Digital Volt Meter 0-500 Volts - 01 No IV. LED Indicator lamp in three colour RYB - 03 Nos OUT GOING I.MCCB, 4pole, 250 Amps , rupturing capacity 25 KA magnetic thermal release - 01 Nos.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to GI strip 25X4mm at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel, wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore GI (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore (light grade) all as specified, directed and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete. Note : GI strip and protection pipes 40 mm GI light grade up to 7.5 metre is included in unit rate and beyond that the same will be measured separately.

M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead as 25x4 mm GI strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chasses or burried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to pole or any other situation for loop earthing etc.

Disconnecting/dismantiling/taking down Voltage stabilizer of capacity 100 KVA and disconnecting of LT incomming/outgoing cable connection and Shifting of Voltage stabilizer from existing Sub Station to MES Store Yard at new location etc complete all as directed Engr- in- charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to store complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Ceiling fan sweep 1200 mm BLDC motor complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specefied and as directed .

S&F Wall fan 400mm sweep, heavy duty , single phase ,Rust proof body and blades, double ball bearing with noisless operation, complete including making suitable opening at suitable height,and provision of nuts and bolts on the wall for fixing complete all as specefied and as directed .

S&F Pedestal fan 18 inch , heavy duty , single phase ,Rust proof body and blades, double ball bearing with noisless operation, complete all as specefied and as directed .
