M & L for preparation of old existing pathway/road/hardstanding areas duly mechanical brooming/scraping down to remove all loose dirt including removing the vegetable/glass over it further applying evenly one coat of road marking thinable paint (bituminous) of Z black colour (bituminous thinable paint mixed with water at the ratio of 1:10 to 1:20) as directed and approved by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed. Make- Oreint Airport System /Simran Industries or equivalent.

M & L for preparation of black top surfaces of road by cleaning with air blower and applying 1.5mm thick road marking strips, dashes, arrows letters etc 10cm wide or more (retro-reflective) of white or golden yellow shade/colour using hot thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and driven by experienced operator on road surface including cleaning all loose dirt, seals, oil greases and foreign materials etc complete all as directed. (Make : Asian Paints/APCO or equivalent).

M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks of old size, straight or curved on plan to any radius built in CM 1:6 including demolition of Brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ready mixed plaster, 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces using ready mixed cement mortar suitable for external surface as per manufacture instructions and finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. (Make -Ultratech/ Birla cement/ JSW cement)

M&L for ready mixed plaster, 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces using ready mixed cement mortar suitable for internal surface as per manufacture instruction and finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. (Make -Ultratech, Birla cement, JSW cement)

M & L Rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of concrete or concrete surface in ceiling in CM 1:3, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plaster external wall and ceiling surfaces of and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for Preparation of newly plastered /unplastered surfaces of walls and ceilings and applying Two coats of Oil Bound Distemper on wall surfaces over a coat of interior primer and putty complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 150mm size aluminium anodised handles complete all as specified and directed.
