Dismantling of old main distribution panel including removing of all electric connections while taking all safety precautions and cutting of old rusted nuts and MS bar with help of electric cutter/ manual labour including excavation of soft / hard soil upto 100 mm and making the surface even for laying foundation for new panel as per site requirement.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement for the base of main incomer distribution panel, including cement slurry. The size of panel foundation base will be 3.9mX1.5mX0.1m depth

For main incomer distribution panel. Supply / Fabrication of LT Panel Board cubical type, floor mounting, dust & vermin proof construction, of the minimum size 3000 mm X 2000 mm X 375 mm, suitable for indoor fixing, made out of 16 SWG CRCA sheet (frame of 14 SWG), having chambers suitable to switch gears to be fitted as below with provisions for cable entry from bottom. The panel should have separate cable alleys and bus bar alleys. It should be suitable for operation and maintenance from the front and having removable covers at the back and having doors complete with locks etc. at the front for each chamber. The rating of main bus bars has to be 800 Ampere for three phases and half for the neutral in Aluminium construction duly sleeved with phase indicating heat shrinkable Sleeves. It should be complete in all respect along with painted through powder coating process and all the switchgears as below (S.no 4 to 20) duly fitted / installed properly as per site requirement.
