Repairing of Existing BT Road with ICBP Road from K.K Hat road Kalu Bhowmick house to Amrita Lal Primary School,in ward no. 07 within Kaliyaganj Municipality .

Cutting & picking up existing metalled black top portion of road surface to an average depth of 300 mm by using Jack hammer with all necessary tool and plant including reening the serviceable materials & stacking within a lead of 75 mtr. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.

Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150gm / sq.m.) over damp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or in foundation or in foundation trenches

Supplying & laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements (ICBP) with concert blocks (with concrete grade as specified as per Table 1 of IS 15658: 2006), manufactured in steel mould clamped to a vibrating table by hydrolic pressure (as per Cl. 6.30 of IRC SP: 63 (2018), from BIS License manufacturer, with spacer nib & of specified size & shape with aspect ratio as per Table 2 of IS 15658: 2006 with flextural strength/breaking load as per Annexture G of IS 15658: 2006 on the prepared base course of specified CBR as per Table -1 of IRC SP: 63(2018) or else as mentioned in design & drawing with a cushion of compacted bedding sand of 25-30 mm thick, grading of the bedding sand as per Cl. 6.5.1 of IRC SP: 63 (2018) & filling up the gaps in between paver blocks with joints filling sand, the grading of the joint filling sand will be as per Cl. 6.5.2 of IRC SP: 63 (2018) & completing the edges with cut blocks as per Cl. 8.7 of IRC SP: 63 (2018) with proper confinement of bedding & joint filling sand, compacion, levelling & filling up of the edge gap. 80mm thick - Grey Colour

Providing and erecting Project description Sign Board, made of high intensity grade 1.5mm M. S. sheeting with desired size of 120cm (L) X 90cm, finished with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including lettering, supported horizontally with two (2) M. S. angle preferebly ISA 30 30 3 of 120cm length each and vrtically on M.S. Angle iron post preferably ISA 45 45 6, 2 Nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of foundation with M10 grade cement concrete 30cm diameter X 80cm below ground level and finishing the top surface to regular shape (as directed) with 15 cm cement plaster (1:6) complete, including the cost of concrete, plaster etc (Cement content 12.1 kg/No.) as per approved drawing and as directed by the EIC.
