M&L for TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and above, as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 05.00 (here-in-before) but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1, (1:2:4) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sqcm and not exc 250 sqcm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion,drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, fordoors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 and similar work of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mildsteel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and raming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
