S/R to Haridakhandi Petrol pump to Andhapasara Sapua Nallah Road from ch 0/00 km to 2/550 km

Providing and applying tack coat with rapid setting bitumen emulsion on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface including cleaning with mechanical broom and spraying bitumen emulsion using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying compacted Bituminous Macadam (Grading-II ) using 60/70 grade Bitumen with Hot Mix Plant using crusher broken hard granite aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 3.3 % by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to works site, lying with Hydrostatic Paver Finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compacting as per Clause No.106, 108, 111, 112, 501, 503 , 504 and section 900 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) &including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and allignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compactionas per Claue 508 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works.

Providing and laying bituminous s concrete with batch type hot ix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration of grade of bitumen transporting the hot mix to site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers toe achieve the desired compaction as per clause no 509 of MOSRT&H specification for road and bridge works. Providing road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads@250gms per sqm area , thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35.The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc. for finished item of work as per approved drawing and technical specification complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 803.4 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge work (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
