Takingout decayed pulverized lime concrete 100mm thick very carefully including disposal of rubbish with in a lead upto 100m approx.

P/L 100 mm thick lime concrete in floor with brick agg. 20 mm n/s & 50 % lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 (1 Lime, 1 Surkhi, 1 C. Sand) with ramming beating & finishing mixed adhesive materials including carriage of water & materials with in a lead 100 m approx.

Dismentling of old decayed & damaged 50mm thick coping top of the wall with cement mortar including disposal of rubbish with in a lead upto 100m approx.

P/L 50mm thick coping top of the wall with cement mortar in 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 C. Sand & 4 Stone agg. 20mm n/s) including carriage of water & materials with in a lead up to 100m approx.

Recess pointing the open joints of R.R. stone masonry in lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 (1 Lime, 1 Surkhi, 1 C. Sand) mixing with adhesive materials including carriage of water & material within a lead of 100 m approx.

Dismentling 40mm thick lime plaster or skirting racking out the joints & cleaning the surface for replaster to avoid any damage to the structure including disposal of rubbish with in a lead upto 100m & left upto 8m app.

Providing 40 mm Thick lime surkhi plaster in 1:1:1 (1 lime, 1 surkhi, 1 C. Sand) including carriage of water & materials within a lead upto 50 m & left upto 8.00 m approx.

Errection & dismentling of tubler scaffolding with the help of wooden plank & coir rope including carriage charges of scaffolding materials from store to site & back after the execution of work. (size of set 10.00 x1.50 x5.00 m)

Removal of malba by mechanical transportation from site to dumping ground upto beyond 20 to 25 km approx

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade.One or more coats on old work.
