Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering , all works upto plinth level ( 1 : 3 : 6 ) with 20% boulders 1 cement 3 coasre sand 6 stone aggregate grade , with 20mm nominal size . Providing and laying of DPC 50 mm thick cement concrete ( 1 : 2 : 4 ) , with 20mm nominal size of sone aggregates . Nallah (including all carriages lead and lift if any)

Centering and shittering including strutting propping etc and removal of form work Foundation footing bases of columns etc (including all carriages lead and lift if any)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (Non-modular) brick of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (including all carriages lead and lift if any)

Extra for brick work in Super structure above plinth level upto floor V level (By manual means) (including all carriages lead and lift if any)

15mm thick cement Plaster (1:6) mix mortar (including all carriages lead and lift if any)
