EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply, fixing, connecting and testing NEXUST STAR NEO LED 100 watt street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs and secondary lenses with IP66 protection. 10KV SPD included efficacy : 110LM/W complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of junction box made out of 2mm thick MS sheet weather proof of suitable size including 50 Amp, TPN, aluminium busbar, cable terminal, 01 No DIN rail and 01 No MCB SP, 10KA, 6 Amps etc for terminating 4core, 10/16 sqmm UG cables.and screw etc making test point and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing, connecting and testing 800 KVA step down, outdoor type 11/0.433 KV, AC double wound core type, copper wound, oil immersed, air naturality cooled with external cooling tubes, transformer delta connetion of HV side and star connection on LV side in accordance with vector symbol DyN-11 (vector group 4) and having tapping of +7.5% in equal step of 2.5% change by means of auto on load tap changing arrangement. The voltage regulation shall be as per IS including first fill of transformer oil as per IS-335 and including all fittings/accessories as specified in SSR Part-1 and IS-1180 Level 2 the transformer should have cable box on LT side and brass bushing on HT side. The limit of temp rise after continuous full laod run as specified in SSR Part-1 and IS-1180 shall be suitably adjusted to suit the maximum ambient temp prevailing at site all as specified comprising with and including the following specifications :- i) 01 No Cable box on LT side consisting of 03 Nos porcelain bushing with bushing brass rods and nuts, washers and cable glands of suitable for reception of cable LT 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated heavy duty including gland joint complete. ii) HV bushing with arching horn on 11 KV side. iii) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. iv) Explosion Vent.

(ii) Testing eqpt will be arranged by the contractor. (iii) Fuel/ oil required for load test shall be arranged by the contractor and cost thereof is deemed to be included in the lump sum amount quoted by the contractor.

IMPORTANT NOTES: (a) Design/drawing/BOM of the AMF panel & DG SET showing the dimensions is to be obtained from DG SET/Panel board manufacturer/ Auth supplier & is to be got approved from Engr-in-Charge & GE before placing final order to the manufacturer. (b) The electrical connection of digital Multi Functional Meter in the AMF panel is to be done from load side so that monitoring of various parameters viz Voltage, Current, KW, KVA, power factor, frequency etc. can be done for both SEB mains & DG mains. (c) The cost of periodical/routine servicing including minor repairs/ replacements such as toping up of coolant, engine/ lube oil, diesel as well as lube-oil filters including periodical checking of the complete DG set & AMF panel for the complete defect liability period from the authorized service Dealer as when required/ due is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (d) The complete installation, commissioning & testing of the DG Set & AMF panel is to be got done from the OEM or their auth Rep/Sister concern/Chanel Partners only. (e) Anything missed out in the technical specifications but technically required for efficient working of the DG Set & AMF Panel is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (f) Necessary PCC foundation/ Plinth shall be as per the recommendations of OEM & cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (g) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 Hrs test run at site as specified in the PS in presence of rep of Accepting Officer, all testing arrangements/ equipments, resistive load including POL shall be made available by the contractor. (h) The approximate distance between the DG Set to the AMF Panel is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (j) The AMF Panel shall be completely compatible for getting started the DG Set in the event of NO EB Supply & transfer of load from EB to DG & vice-versa when EB supply resumes. (k) Contractor/Firm is required to visit the site of work for any doubts/ clarifications w.r.t specifications/qty etc. before quoting of the Tender. Any query/ clarifications etc. after conclusion of the contract shall NOT be entertained & decision of the AO shall be final & binding.
