Construction of (01 No) 125mm Dia Machine Drilled Bore Well at Lumng Nawabagh of District Ganderbal

Drilling/boring of 125mm dia bore hole well for construction of tube wells. The job shall be inclusive of all logistic support in terms of men, machinery and stores at site. The charges on account of loading/ unloading, shifting of men & machinery shall be arranged by the firm. The bore has to be cased simultaneously vide drilling in case of ODEX drilling or cased at the completion of drilling in open drilling. The specifications of the bore well shall be as under; i. Min. dia of the each bore well……..125mm iii. Dia. Of MS pipe to be used………125mm iv. Acceptable make of pipe………..jindal/prakash surya v. Class of pipe……….. “C” Class vi. Sample collection of starta to be collected for examination………….after every 10 feet. vii. Drilling/boring method to be used…….Air Rotary (preferably) Providing, fitting and lowering of 125mm dia (Nominal) MS casing pipe. The pipe shall be plane and bevelled ended. The pipe shall be lowered up to the desired level BGL. The average length of each pipe shall not exceed 3.00 Mts. The welding electrodes used for welding the pipe shall confirm to relevant IS codes.

Providing, fitting, installation, testing and commissioning of Mark II hand pump Assembly comprising of cylinder, Head, Handle Assembly, front cover, Handle-Axel, washer Nuts and Bolts, riser pipes and connecting rods.

Providing and laying of circular cement block of 1.5m dia and 0.3 m (1ft) deep in a mix of 1:3:6 to adequate the strength to act as sanitary block for the well and grout the hand pump assembly in order to make it robust to resist shock load observed while pumping not available the surface area is adjusted accordingly. The block comprises mud mat of 4 inch height and then laying of 8 inch cement concrete with suitable drainage.
