Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Flush pointing to brick walls snd drain in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC ( 1:4:8), type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations , filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material (Soils ) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note:- Inner girth shall only be measured for payment. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Material and labour Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2 300 mm Bore of pipe, laid and jointed complete with collars laid in trenches and jointed in CM (1:1) including testing complete all as specified & directed.Note:- Excavation and earthwork shall be measured separately.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested; in complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for Providing Precast Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia including making of rungs, handles etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)

Material and labour for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, pipes etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning and filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for Expanded metal, Weight per square metre not exceeding 4.00 kg cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to steel members complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Notes:(i) The weight of expanded metal not exceeding 4.00 kg shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and shall be measured and paid accordingly. The copy of BOO duly counter signed by GE shall be enclosed with Final Bill.(ii) The rate of annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples as material and labour is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.(iii) During considering the weighing of Expanded metal by the BOO the weight of annealed mild steel wire and galvanised steel staples shall not be considered for measurments and payments . only the weight of Expanded metal shall be considered and measurment and payment shall be made as per actual weight of expanded metal as ascertain by BOO.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
