Dismantling floor or wall tiling of any description and size including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises com[plete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints,hacking for key ,scrubbing down with water etc complete

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including cleaning off premises where directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregates as in sub base all as specified and directed

M&L for light colour non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) in floors etc, area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm and n. exc .18 sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and incl 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as directed.

M&L for Colored ,Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical wall surfaces 350 x250mm x7mm/450X350X7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or color cement to match, laid over and incl provn of 10 mm thick plaster in CM (1:3), complete all as specified.

M&L for light coloured Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and incl 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) complete all as directed.

M & L for machine cut superior quality Kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed , laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete match including bulnosed to edges complete and incl 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair Water closet (Squatt pattern) vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 x440 mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) connection to trap and squatting pan including P' trap set in and including concrete etc. complete all as specified and direted by Engr-in-charge including making good to floor
