Material and labour for Stop valve cast copper alloy, screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete for size 25 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour Lagging to pipe all around with 40mm thick bonded mineral wool perfomed 'SNAP ON' pipe section of density 144kg/cum and provided with chicken mesh wire netting 25 gauge 20mm mesh on pipe of internal dia 25/20 mm including rendering cement plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on top layer of lagging complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Construction of valve pit brick masonry internal size 600x600x600mm (from top of PCC to bottom of cover ) including excavation in any type of soil returning, filling in around foundation and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in foundation brick work in cement mortar 1:6, 6mm thick plaster in cement morter 1:4 to internal surface covered pit with MS sheet over 2 mm thick with locking arrangement, handle fixing arrangement and painting with aluminium paint two coats over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
