Carrying out the work of Constructing 11KV New Feeders/Link Lines for reducing the load on Overloaded/Y-Operated Feeders on Partial Turnkey basis in V.V.Mohalla Divsion

The Bidder should have executed works of similar nature under Total Turnkey or Self Execution basis in any Government Utility/PSU/ESCOMS, worth not less than 50% of amount put to tender in any one of the previous Five financial years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25.Note: The value of the completed works shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited. Original scanned Work Award and corresponding Work Completion Certificates issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/Equivalent rank Officer of respective Government Utility/PSU/ESCOMS to be uploaded.

The annual financial turnover of the Bidder shall be at least 100% of the amount put to tender in any one of the previous Five financial years i.e. FY-2020-21, 2021-2022, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25.Note: Updated to the FY in which the tenders are invited. Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited. Original scanned Annual turnover certificate, audited balance sheet, Profit and Loss Statement duly certified by Chartered Accountant to be uploaded.

The liquid assets (Cash at Bank plus Terms Deposits plus availability of fund-based credit/OD facilities) of the bidder on or after the date of notification of tender, in any Nationalized/Scheduled Commercial Bank shall not be less than 25% of the amount put to tender. Cash at Bank plus Term Deposits plus availability of credit facility/Overdraft shall be supported by a certificate issued by any Nationalised/Scheduled commercial bank in the prescribed format to be uploaded.

The Bidder should belong to Scheduled Caste (SC) Category. Certificate from competent authority shall be uploaded.

Bidder shall possess a valid Class-I/Super Grade Electrical Contractor License issued by Government Electrical Inspectorate Authority or competent authority of GOI and should be eligible to take up electrical line works in Karnataka. Original scanned Class-I/Super Grade Electrical License to be uploaded.

The bidder shall possess valid EPF, ESI, GST registration, Labour License, and PAN Card. Original scanned documents to be uploaded.

The bidder should not have been Blacklisted or declared as a Defaulter by any Government Department/PSU/ESCOMS in Karnataka or in any other state. Self-declaration in this regard on Rs.500 Stamp Paper to be uploaded.
