M&L for applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper (white/Tinted) with and including preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots, filling holes, cracks with cement base putty, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two or more coats of French polishing over one coat of wooden primer, with and including complete removal of existing treatment on old wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth, previously treated with synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer with and including complete removal of existing treatment of old painted wood and wood based surface of any description of Door and window surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with and including preparation of old painted steel and steel based surface of any description of size not exceeding 10cm width or girth, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with and including preparation of old painted steel and steel based surface of any description but not exceeding 10cm width or girth, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of primer and a layer of 1mm thick wall care putty on walls with and including complete removal of existing treatment on wall with wire brush, scrapping down smoke soot ,mould, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots, filling holes & cracks with cement base putty and including preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment on old walls and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm, with and including preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coat of cement based paint with and including preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick Rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in two layers as 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 followed by 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, with and including taking down existing cement plaster of any description, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Supply of WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in CM 1:6 finished even and fair without using extra cement, with and including taking down existing cement plaster of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 as in ceiling surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, with and including taking down existing cement plaster of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer with and including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/ wooden beads in square exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane, with and including hacking out old glass panes any thickness & size from wooden frames or brick /concrete surfaces, glazed with oil putty or fixed with wooden beads, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity 500 litre to 1000 litre from water supply connections, setting aside (or lowering if required) for roof repair, re-hoisting re-connecting and re-fixing in position with and including cleaning with bleaching powder, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F IN REPAIR Bitumen based water proofing tape of size 95mm width x 1.5mm thick, reinforced with polyester film below aluminium film, laid on roof surfaces by forced torch application, with and including preparation and cleaning of existing surface of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment complete by removal of old roof treatment, removal of debris out side MD land and applying new roof treatment consisting of following:- (a) Removing existing plastic felt roof treatment with cement screed, preparation of roof surface by brushing with a neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/SqM and applying 10mm thick plaster with cement mortar (1:3) mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement. (b) Preparation of roof surface thoroughly cleaning by using wire brush [Mechanical / hand brush] to make it free from any loose particle, dirt / dust, etc. and applying one coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.20 Lit per sq.m. (c) Providing Atactic polypropylene polymeric modified prefabricated water proofing membrane five layered reinforced with non woven polyester matt of minimum 3mm thick weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm shall be laid using butane torch application over entire roof surface with over laps of 100mm in both the directions. (d) Ponding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In -Charge. (e) Finally roof shall be finished with two coats of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm for each coat. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for acrylic polymer heavy duty fibre reinforced coating roof treatment complete by removing existing roof treatment with plaster / screed bed, made free from all dust, loose particles, laitance and sharp edges, fungus, algae, organic matters, repairing cracks by cutting 'V' groove along the longitudinal section of cracks and filling with polymer modified mortar admixed with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP at the ratio of 1:5:15 (URP:Cement:Sand) and repairing potholes & uneven surfaces with polymer modified mortar over a bonding coat of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP at the ratio of 1:1 (URP:Cement), with and including applying one priming / efflorescent coat of Dr. Fixit Primeseal by diluting the primeseal with water at the ratio of 2:1 (Primer: Water) and over the primed surfaces applying three coats of water proof coating with acrylic polymer heavy duty fibre reinforced coating of Dr. Fixit to form 1mm thick heavy duty water proofing coating, complete all as per manufacturers instructions. Make: Dr.Fixit or equivalent in SIKA/Pidilite /FOSROC/ STP Limited

M&L for sunken floor treatment including complete removal of old treatment, removal of debris out side MD land and applying new treatment consisting of following:- (a) Removing existing floor treatment with cement screed, preparation of surface by brushing with a neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/SqM and applying 10mm thick plaster with cement mortar (1:3) mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement. (b) Preparation of sunken floor thoroughly cleaning by using wire brush [Mechanical / hand brush] to make it free from any loose particle, dirt / dust, etc. and applying one coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.30 Lit per sq.m. (c) Providing Atactic polypropylene polymeric modified prefabricated water proofing membrane five layered reinforced with non woven polyester matt of minimum 3mm thick weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm shall be laid using butane torch application over entire roof surface with over laps of 100mm in both the directions. (d) Ponding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In -Charge. (e) Finally sunken floor shall be finished with two coats of hot nlown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 0.60 Kg/Sqm for each coat. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10, type E2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling under sunken floors etc, including demolition of existing cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thick above or below ground level and removal of debris off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Premium quality, joint free coloured Non skid ceramic tiles 7mm to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 Sq.m. but n. exc. 0.36 Sq.m, as in floors etc., laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, with and including demolition of existing floor tiles of any type with bedding mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premium quality, joint free ceramic glazed coloured wall tiles of 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile not exc 0.18Sqm, on vertical surfaces such as dado and the like, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, laid over & including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 and including taking down existing dado/skirting with backing mortar, complete all as specified.
