Taking down shutters of any description not exc 2 Sqm each.

M&L Mild steel frame work as in door chowkhats with angle iron welded together ends of angle shouldered and fixed to opening and welding 3 Nos mild steel butt hinges 100 mm size, and 6 nos hold fasts made out of FI 25x3 mm 30 cm long for fixing of chowkhats( Butt hinges paid sep) all as spd.

S&F 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skelton shutter devided into square with plain, chamferred or rounded sash bar and fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, size of members as per SSS Part - I section 8 clause 8.24 (b).

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rail. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with a solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either sides and as gap inserts for top and bottom rail panneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, overall length of cover plate 150 mm , anodized, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed to shutters, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L aluminium alloy powder coated door including frame and channel of section (Door frame single grove 101.6mm x44.45 mm x2.1,shutter top section 47.62mm x44.45x1.95mm thick shutter bottem vertical section 85 mm x44.45 mm x1.80mm yhick ,shutter middle section 83.50mm x 44.45 mm x1.80mm thick shutter glazing clips weighing not less than 0.097 kg/Rm as directed and approved by GE and as per IS specification including provn of 5.5mm thick tinted glass/12mm thick thick prelaminated particle board as required including alu handle 150 mm ,tower bolt 150 mm ,floor spring heavy duty "SAMRAT" ,looking arrangement "GODREJ" rubber gasket and door stopper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L aluminium alloy powder coated windows including aluminium coated frames, silding track frame and bottom weighing not less than 1.015 kg/Rm ,sides and top not less than 0.826 kg/Rm double revated and 0.55 kg/Rm for window shutter with one fixed glazed shutter and two nos glazed/gauged shutter silding type with aluminium sectins as per series-A (15mm) 3 track of jindal section number for silding windows with framed shutter including aluminium allow powder coated snap type beads handles with locking arrngement spring action and glazing clips joint cleats rubber gaskets etc inclding provision of 5.5 mm thick tinted frosted glass of superior quality and stainless steel jail including all standard fittings complete all as specified and directed
